Mobile Container House Insulation

Quản trị 17 tháng 9, 2026

Mobile container house insulation is a technical approach that involves modifying containers with special materials to achieve good thermal insulation performance, reduce the impact of the external environment on the interior space, and enhance the comfort of living or working.

Common Insulation Materials

  • Polyurethane Foam: This is an excellent insulation material with an extremely low thermal conductivity coefficient, effectively preventing heat transfer. In mobile container houses, polyurethane foam is commonly used in the insulation layers of walls, roofs, and floors. It not only provides good thermal insulation but also acts as a sealant to prevent air leakage, further improving insulation performance.
  • Rock Wool: Rock wool is an inorganic fiber material made from natural rocks such as basalt through high-temperature melting. It has advantages such as non-flammability, high-temperature resistance, and sound absorption and noise reduction. In container house insulation, rock wool boards can be installed on walls and roofs, effectively insulating heat and enhancing the fire resistance of the house, providing a safer environment for occupants.
  • Glass Wool: Glass wool is a cotton-like material formed by fiberizing molten glass. It has good thermal insulation and sound absorption properties, is lightweight, and does not rot or get eaten by insects. In mobile container houses, glass wool is often used to fill the cavities of walls and roofs, reducing heat loss and minimizing interference from external noise in the interior space.

Customized Processing

During the design and manufacturing process, insulated container mobile homes are customized according to specific needs. For example, for container houses used in cold regions, the thickness of the insulation layer is appropriately increased to improve insulation performance; for houses used in hot regions, ventilation design is emphasized, combined with the use of insulation materials, to ensure a cool interior space. At the same time, the installation methods of insulation layers for walls, roofs, and floors are adjusted according to actual conditions to achieve optimal insulation performance. Types such as export prefabricated panel container mobile homes, temporary offices, and wind-resistant insulated houses are all customized insulated container houses based on different usage scenarios and requirements.
