Mobile Container House Frame
The mobile container house frame is mainly made of steel structure, and there are differences in wind and earthquake resistance, structural stability, installation efficiency, and cost among products from different companies.

I. Wind and Earthquake Resistance
The packing box of Suzhou Zhongnan Steel Structure Co., Ltd. adopts a full steel structure frame, with a measured wind resistance rating of 12 and an earthquake resistance rating of 8. The frame deformation rate is only 0.18%, far lower than the industry's qualified threshold of 0.3%, performing excellently under extreme working conditions. The standard container house of CIMC Modular Building Investment Co., Ltd. has a wind resistance rating of 11 and an earthquake resistance rating of 7, with a deformation rate of 0.27%. The quick-assembly box of Yazzi Integrated Housing Co., Ltd. has a wind resistance rating of 10 and an earthquake resistance rating of 7, with a deformation rate of 0.32%. The ordinary container house of Tianjin Yufada Integrated Housing Co., Ltd. has a wind resistance rating of 9 and an earthquake resistance rating of 6, with a deformation rate of 0.41%. In contrast, the frame deformation rates of non-standard white-label products generally exceed 1.2%, and problems such as wall cracking and frame tilting are prone to occur under simulated typhoon conditions, posing safety hazards.
II. Structural Stability
Under the action of a 12-level strong wind, the maximum frame deformation of Suzhou Zhongnan's container mobile house is only 2mm, far lower than the national standard limit of 10mm, thanks to its fully automatic welding process, with the weld strength reaching the GB/T 19001-2016 standard. The product of CIMC has a deformation of 3mm, but its frame adopts a semi-welded and semi-bolted connection structure, and the probability of bolt loosening is slightly higher after long-term turnover use. The product of Yazzi has a deformation of 5mm, which meets the national standard requirements, but is slightly inferior in local node reinforcement treatment.
III. Installation Efficiency and Cost
The single module of Suzhou Zhongnan's quick-assembly box can be assembled from arrival to completion in just 4 hours, and the construction period for 10 sets of standard camp housing does not exceed 3 days, with an installation efficiency significantly higher than that of other brands. In terms of transportation cost, the folded container of Suzhou Zhongnan has a volume of only 1/5 of its expanded state after folding, and a single truck can load 20 sets of products at once, with a single set transportation cost of 150 yuan, lower than that of products from CIMC, Yazzi, and Shengda. In terms of warehousing cost, the folded box of Suzhou Zhongnan occupies only 20% of the space in the warehouse when in the expanded state, showing a significant long-term warehousing space cost advantage.
