Mobile Carriage Toilet

Quản trị 20 tháng 9, 2026

Mobile carriage toilets typically refer to mobile container toilets, which are a movable form of toilet that includes both men's and women's restrooms. They are flexible and convenient, suitable for various venues.

Mobile toilets are generally composed of multiple parts. The fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device) is one of the core components, used to collect and treat excrement. Its design and function vary depending on different sewage treatment methods. The floor is made of slip-resistant and easy-to-clean materials to ensure safety and hygiene during use. Sanitary ware includes toilets or squat pans, and some high-end models are equipped with features such as heated seats and automatic flushing. The walls are usually made of lightweight and heat-insulating materials, ensuring structural strength while facilitating transportation and installation. Washing facilities such as sinks and hand dryers provide basic cleaning conditions. The water tank is used to store flushing water, and some circulating water-flushing toilets are also equipped with water treatment systems to achieve water reuse. The roof design needs to consider waterproofing and ventilation to ensure a dry and comfortable internal environment. The mobile device varies depending on the type of toilet, which may be a lifting hook, a towing chassis, or a power-driven system, supporting rapid deployment and transfer.

Mobile toilets come in various classifications. By structural form, they can be divided into single-unit structures (independent units suitable for small-scale use) and composite structures (multiple units combined to meet large-scale needs). By mobility method, they include lifting and handling types (relying on lifting equipment or manual handling) and powered and towed types (equipped with engines or connectable to vehicles for autonomous movement or towing). By sewage treatment method, they are classified into water-flushing and non-water-flushing suction types (relying on septic tanks or suction trucks for cleaning), circulating water-flushing types (achieving water circulation through filtration and disinfection), and dry-packing types (using biodegradable bags to collect excrement without water), with the latter being particularly suitable for water-scarce or environmentally demanding scenarios.

Their application scenarios are extensive. Transportation hubs such as stations and docks can quickly supplement sanitary facilities. Tourist attractions can flexibly respond to peak tourist flows. Construction sites can provide temporary convenience for workers. Large-scale events (such as music festivals and exhibitions) can meet concentrated demands through modular combinations. In addition, special scenarios such as post-disaster relief and field expeditions often rely on their rapid deployment and independent operation capabilities.
