Mobile Box Toilet
Mobile box toilets generally refer to container toilets, which are mobile sanitation facilities transformed from standard shipping containers. The following provides an introduction from four aspects: structure and design, technical processes, features and advantages, and application scenarios.

Structure and Design:
It employs a welded steel structural frame to meet the strength requirements for frequent movement and lifting. The frame surface is coated with container-specific anti-rust primer and topcoat, providing resistance to acid, alkali, and salt spray corrosion. Wall panels are mostly made of heat-insulating foam color-steel sandwich panels or rock wool sandwich panels, while components such as sewage treatment troughs are made of fiberglass-reinforced plastic. The common standard dimensions are 5950mm (length) × 3000mm (width) × 2800mm (height), and customization is also available according to needs. Some designs are connected using high-strength bolts, eliminating the need for welding processes, which aligns with environmental protection and low-carbon requirements and allows for multiple disassemblies and reuses. Internally, it is typically divided into a toilet compartment and an equipment compartment: the toilet compartment is equipped with a toilet, washing fixtures, a sink, lighting, an exhaust fan, an air conditioner, a waste bin, a makeup mirror, a clothes hook, an emergency call button, etc.; the equipment compartment includes a sewage treatment unit, lighting fixtures, a distribution box, an air conditioner, and an exhaust system.
Technical Processes:
It adopts a wet microbial treatment technology that combines biochemical treatment with membrane separation, enabling the treated water quality to meet the standards for reclaimed water reuse. Sewage treatment methods include direct water flushing, mechanical packaging, foam sealing, or microbial intelligent treatment. During manufacturing, the main steel structure is provided with grooves, and the sandwich insulation panels are snapped into the grooves for easy assembly and disassembly; after frame welding, anti-rust paint is applied, and high-strength bolts can be used as the connection method to avoid welding processes.
Features and Advantages:
It has the characteristics of convenient transportation and installation, reusability through repeated movement, and environmental protection and energy conservation. Most of the building materials can be recycled or degraded, reducing construction water consumption, concrete usage, and construction waste, with a high recycling rate of building materials after disposal. The electrical power for the toilet and equipment compartments can be connected to the municipal power grid or use clean energy sources such as solar or wind power.
Application Scenarios:
It is mainly used in places such as oil fields, tourist attractions, and urban public spaces, with the original design intention of solving sanitation problems in crowded areas such as parks and squares.
