Mobile Automatic Toilet

Quản trị 20 tháng 9, 2026

Mobile toilets are facilities that can be moved as a whole, providing toilet services to the public and customers. The following is an introduction from the aspects of composition, development, classification, and new products:

Composition: Mobile toilets are generally composed of fecal sewage storage tanks (or fecal sewage treatment devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. These components work together to achieve the basic functions of mobile toilets, providing users with a relatively comfortable and hygienic toilet environment.

Development: Initially, mobile toilets were made of materials such as wood, with simple structures and functions, and were prone to absorbing odors. With technological advancements, they gradually evolved to use materials such as fiberglass and polyethylene. These new materials offer better performance, such as corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning, significantly improving the quality and user experience of mobile toilets.

Classification:

  • By structural form: They can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. Single-structure toilets are relatively simple and suitable for places with limited space or low functional requirements; composite-structure toilets are more complex and offer richer functions to meet the needs of different scenarios.
  • By mobility method: They are classified into hoisting and handling mobile toilets, and powered and towed mobile toilets. Hoisting and handling mobile toilets require external equipment for movement; powered and towed mobile toilets have their own mobility capabilities, making movement more flexible and convenient.
  • By sewage treatment method: They are divided into water-flush and waterless-flush suction mobile toilets, circulating water-flush mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets. Different treatment methods are suitable for different environments and conditions. For example, in water-scarce areas, dry-packing mobile toilets are more appropriate.

New Products: Nowadays, there are compact and intelligent eco-friendly mobile public toilets equipped with integrated toilet systems, washbasins, smart mirrors, and breathing lights. They are fully assembled in the factory and ready to use upon purchase. There are also smart public toilets with built-in fecal collection tanks, featuring a U-shaped apple pod design for the toilet compartments, with exterior walls made of fluorocarbon-painted aluminum panels for durability and aesthetics. Internally, they are equipped with smart systems for automatic lighting and touchless handwashing, providing users with a more convenient and comfortable experience.
