Mingguang Container House
Information related to container houses in Mingguang mainly involves the removal of illegal containers, container business in logistics and transportation, and the planning of container operation areas.

Removal of Illegal Containers
The Binhe Community in Mingguang Street once organized the lawful removal of containers placed by residents on the land they privately occupied on the north side of Nanying. These containers, placed by residents on public land without authorization, posed numerous problems. On one hand, they occupied public space, affecting the aesthetics of the surrounding environment. On the other hand, they presented significant safety hazards. The material of the containers is flammable, and there are illegal electrical connections and clutter inside. In case of a fire, it can easily spread, while also obstructing fire exits and impeding rescue operations, posing a direct threat to the lives and property of surrounding residents. Through the “Party Building + Grid” work mechanism, the community organized party members, cadres, and grid members to form a special working group. They visited the involved residents multiple times to communicate, explain relevant laws and regulations, and clarify the safety hazards and legal consequences. Eventually, they gained the understanding and cooperation of the residents and successfully completed the container removal work.
Container Business in Logistics and Transportation
Several logistics companies in Mingguang are involved in container-related business. For example, Mingguang Shunzhi Logistics Co., Ltd., Mingguang Anzhi Logistics Co., Ltd., and Mingguang Jiucheng Logistics and Transportation Co., Ltd. all have business scopes that include domestic container freight forwarding and container leasing services. These logistics companies play an important role in the field of road freight transportation, providing a variety of service options for freight transportation in Mingguang and promoting the development of the local logistics industry.
Planning of Container Operation Areas
In the new multimodal transportation base project, a container operation area has been set up. This operation area is arranged with 1 bundle and 2 lines, adopting a layout of 2 gantry cranes straddling 2 lines, with 1 platform reserved. The loading and unloading lines can meet the needs of normalized loading and unloading operations for 2 lines and 1 train. This planning helps improve the efficiency of cargo loading and unloading, promotes the development of multimodal transportation, strengthens the connection between different transportation modes, and enhances the overall level of logistics and transportation in Mingguang.
