Midu Mobile Toilet Installation

Quản trị 24 tháng 9, 2026

The installation process of mobile toilets in Midu is divided into two types: split-type and integrated, depending on the type. The specific steps are as follows:

Split-type Mobile Toilet Installation Process

  1. Chassis and Frame Positioning Use a forklift or manual labor to place the prefabricated steel structure chassis steadily at the predetermined location and adjust it to a level state using a level gauge. As the foundation structure of the entire toilet, the chassis must ensure stability to avoid tilting or shaking during subsequent installation.

  2. Wall and Roof Panel Installation Insert the sandwich panel wallboards one by one into the slots on the chassis and secure them with bolts or clips to ensure tight connections between the wallboards. Then, install the roof panel and seal the joints between the roof and the walls (e.g., using waterproof glue or sealing strips) to prevent rainwater leakage. This step can usually be completed within 1-2 hours, depending on the number of wall panels and installation proficiency.

  3. Internal Facility Connection Install internal partitions, toilets, flushing systems, sinks (if any), lighting, and ventilation equipment. The connection of water and electrical pipelines is a critical step and should be operated by professionals. However, the design of modular water and electrical interfaces (such as quick connectors) can significantly shorten installation time. For example, the water pipes and circuits of the flushing system can be quickly connected through standardized interfaces, reducing on-site debugging difficulty.

  4. Function Inspection and Debugging After installation is complete, conduct flushing tests, circuit inspections (e.g., whether lighting and ventilation equipment are working properly), and seal inspections (e.g., whether doors, windows, and roof joints are leaking). If any issues are found, they need to be adjusted or repaired promptly to ensure all functions meet usage standards.

Integrated Mobile Toilet Installation Process

The installation of integrated mobile toilets (such as container-type toilets) is simpler because their internal decoration and equipment integration have been completed in the factory. The on-site installation steps are as follows:

  1. Lifting and Positioning Use lifting equipment to lift the prefabricated integrated toilet to the predetermined location, ensuring it lands steadily and is adjusted to a level state.

  2. Connecting Water, Electricity, and Sewage Pipes Connect the toilet's water and electrical interfaces to external water supply pipes, power sources, and sewage pipes. Due to the integrated modular interfaces of the equipment, this step can usually be completed within 2-4 hours, with overall installation efficiency significantly higher than that of split-type toilets.

Additional Installation Support for Rental Services

In Midu, some companies (such as Shaanxi Juhai Yana Exhibition Co., Ltd.) provide mobile toilet rental services, which include not only equipment delivery but also basic installation, regular cleaning, consumable replenishment, fecal waste transportation, and emergency maintenance. The operation and maintenance team is familiar with local road conditions and cleaning routes, with a response time controlled within 2 hours, effectively ensuring the continuous normal use of the toilets.
