Micro-space Indoor Mobile Toilet

Quản trị 29 tháng 9, 2026

The Micro-space Indoor Mobile Toilet is an innovative public health facility developed by Shenzhen Micro-space Construction Technology Co., Ltd. Its core features and technological advantages can be explored from the following three aspects:

I. Technological Functions: Breaking Traditions and Achieving All-scenario Adaptability
Developed by the Sanitation Space Industrialization Research Institute of Shenzhen General Institute of Architectural Design and Research (now Shenzhen Micro-space Construction Technology Co., Ltd.), and led by the team of Academician Meng Jianmin from the Chinese Academy of Engineering, this product has overcome multiple technical challenges. Its core functions include a self-contained water supply and drainage system, which achieves sewage self-purification through an internal circulation treatment device, eliminating dependence on municipal sewage networks; intelligent sterilization and deodorization technology, employing a dual mechanism of ultraviolet disinfection and biological enzyme decomposition to ensure air quality within the space; and a modular energy system, supporting both solar power and mains electricity modes to adapt to different environmental needs. Additionally, the product adopts a design that allows for the repair, replacement, and upgrading of both large and small modules. For example, core components such as circuit boards and sensors can be independently replaced, extending the overall service life to over 10 years and reducing long-term maintenance costs.

II. Material Structure: Balancing Lightweight Design and Convenience
The main structure is made of high-strength aviation aluminum alloy, which is 40% lighter than traditional steel, enabling small models to be transported in their entirety via freight elevators for rapid deployment in high-rise buildings. The structural design follows a "LEGO-style" assembly concept, with all components connected through standardized interfaces, allowing for installation and disassembly by a single person. For instance, assembling a standard toilet unit takes only 2 hours, reducing the construction period by 80% compared to traditional concrete toilets. The modular design also supports functional expansion, such as adding additional modules like baby care rooms and barrier-free facilities based on demand, enhancing space utilization.

III. Environmental Performance: Green Management Throughout the Entire Lifecycle
The product achieves 100% prefabrication rate, with all components manufactured in factories and zero welding operations on-site, reducing construction dust and noise pollution; 80% of materials are recyclable, with primary materials like aluminum alloy and plastics having a recycling rate of 95%, reducing resource consumption; and 95% of waste is treated as resources, converting excreta into organic fertilizer through microbial degradation technology, achieving a "zero-emission" goal. Taking the Shenzhen Sports Center project as an example, after adopting this technology, each prefabricated toilet reduced annual sewage discharge by approximately 120 tons, with carbon emission reductions equivalent to planting 60 trees.

Currently, the Micro-space Indoor Mobile Toilet has been deployed in over 30 cities across China, serving international events such as the Beijing Winter Olympics and Hangzhou Asian Games, as well as high-traffic scenarios like scenic spots and transportation hubs, becoming an important solution for upgrading public health facilities in smart cities.
