Micro-Prefabricated House Structure Images

Quản trị 19 tháng 9, 2026

Although it is not possible to directly provide images of micro-prefabricated house structures, their structural characteristics can be described in detail. Micro-prefabricated houses are a form of architecture that utilizes factory-prefabricated components for rapid assembly on-site, featuring unique and efficient structural designs.

I. Structural Systems Micro-prefabricated houses typically employ light steel structures or modular structural systems. Light steel structures use steel as the primary load-bearing material, forming frames through welding or bolting, offering advantages such as high strength, light weight, and fast construction speeds. Modular structures divide the house into multiple standard modules, each fabricated in the factory, including walls, floors, and roofs, with on-site assembly involving only the connection and fixation of these modules, significantly reducing construction time.

II. Wall Structures Walls are a crucial component of micro-prefabricated houses, generally constructed from lightweight composite panels or insulated sandwich panels. These panels provide excellent thermal insulation, sound insulation, and heat preservation properties while being lightweight for easy transportation and installation. The walls may incorporate structural support frames to enhance overall stability. Some high-end micro-prefabricated houses also adopt double-wall designs with efficient insulation materials filled between the layers to further improve energy efficiency.

III. Floor and Roof Structures Floors are typically made of prefabricated concrete slabs or lightweight steel decking, with flooring materials laid on top. Prefabricated concrete slabs offer high load-bearing capacity and durability, while lightweight steel decking is more portable and suitable for applications with strict weight requirements. Roof structures vary, including flat roofs or pitched roofs, with materials such as metal sheets, asphalt shingles, or solar panels selected based on usage needs and climatic conditions.

IV. Connection and Fixation Methods Components of micro-prefabricated houses are fixed together using bolts, welding, or specialized connectors to ensure the overall integrity and stability of the structure. The connection points are reasonably designed to withstand external forces such as wind loads and seismic forces, ensuring the safe use of the house.
