Methods for Unloading Container Houses
The method for unloading container houses should be selected according to their structural types. Here are the common types and their unloading methods:

Foldable Container Houses
These houses are designed with a foldable structure. When folded, their volume is significantly reduced, facilitating transportation. During unloading, first transport the house to the designated location and place it steadily. Then, by operating the lower and upper connecting components, pull the top panel upward to unfold the house to a usable state. For example, the front and rear sides of the bottom panel are fixedly connected to the second bottom beam, and the left and right sides are fixedly connected to the first bottom beam. The first bottom beam has bottom corner fittings at both ends, with lower connecting components installed on the upper surface of the bottom corner fittings, and their output ends connected to the columns. The top of the columns is equipped with upper connecting components, with their output ends connected to the first top beam. The first top beam has top corner fittings at both ends. The folding and unfolding are achieved through the cooperation of these components.
Sliding-Expandable Container Houses
Sliding-expandable container houses have a structure that can be slid and expanded. During unloading, first place the entire house in an appropriate position, and then use a specific operating mechanism to slide the expandable part outward to increase the usable space of the house. The specific operation should be carried out according to its designed usage method, which may involve the operation of some slide rails and locking devices to ensure a smooth and safe sliding process and a stable structure of the house after expansion.
Welded Container Houses
Welded container houses are usually made by welding materials such as channel steel, square tubes, and corrugated sheets. Unloading is relatively complex. If disassembly is required, first remove附属 (accessory, here it means附属部件, so translated as 'accessory components') components such as doors, windows, and ceilings, and then use appropriate cutting tools, such as gas cutting equipment, to cut the welded parts in a certain order. Pay attention to safety during cutting to avoid causing harm to the surrounding environment and personnel. At the same time, properly handle the cut materials for subsequent recycling or proper disposal.
