Meizhou Container-Style House

Quản trị 14 tháng 9, 2026

The Meizhou container-style house is a modular building product widely used in temporary housing, construction site offices, cultural and tourism facilities, and other scenarios. It features rapid construction, cost-effectiveness, and reusability for disassembly and relocation.

Types and Characteristics

  • Packing-box container houses: These use hot-dip galvanized cold-formed steel frames paired with fire-resistant polyurethane sandwich panels, offering thermal insulation and fire resistance. They can be used independently or stacked in multiple layers, suitable for construction site dormitories, office areas, and temporary meeting rooms.
  • Light steel keel houses: These employ cold-formed thin-walled light steel keels as the load-bearing structure, with walls filled with insulation materials. The appearance and layout can be flexibly customized, making them ideal for self-built homes, homestays, and scenic area support facilities.
  • Functional guard booths and support facilities: Their size and internal layout can be adjusted according to actual needs, commonly found in security booths, property booths, and environmental public toilets.
  • Folding container houses: These are simple to manufacture, aesthetically pleasing, and structurally stable, with minimal welding. They are easy to install and dismantle on-site, requiring only 2-3 people and a short installation time. Transportation costs are low, with a 6m car able to carry 6 units and a 17.5m flatbed truck able to carry 20 units. Storage costs are also low, as they can be stacked in multiple layers in a single location. Operating costs are relatively low compared to traditional color-plate houses and other types of container houses, offering cost savings. They feature fire resistance, earthquake resistance, wind resistance, and leak-proof performance, and can be folded repeatedly for recycling, suitable for emergency housing scenarios. They have a long service life, can be folded multiple times, and have a long lifespan when used reasonably. They are widely applicable, including temporary housing, post-earthquake resettlement, highways, railways, construction, wind power, thermal power, photovoltaic, petroleum, and rural dilapidated housing emergencies.

Manufacturing Process

Container house wholesale manufacturers typically use standardized production lines for mass manufacturing. The core processes include welding of the steel structure frame, prefabrication of walls and roof panels, and pre-embedding of internal water and electricity pipelines. After most processes are completed in the factory, the components are transported to the site for rapid assembly. Before leaving the factory, most manufacturers conduct trial assemblies to ensure that the components match correctly.
