Medium-sized Mobile Toilet Installation
Quản trị 21 tháng 9, 2026
The installation of medium-sized mobile toilets should follow standardized procedures, covering three core stages: on-site survey, basic installation, and acceptance inspection. The specific steps are as follows:

I. On-site Survey Before Installation
- Location Selection: Identify key areas in advance, prioritizing sites within 300 meters of the athlete gathering area to ensure convenience of use. Avoid areas with dense drainage pipes to prevent damage to underground networks during construction.
- Space Planning: Reserve a safety passage at least 1.5 meters wide on-site to ensure personnel passage and equipment maintenance space. If the site has a slope, adjust the ground flatness through bedding.
- Technical Measurement: Arrange professional technicians to conduct on-site measurements, recording data such as site dimensions and ground bearing capacity to provide a basis for subsequent installation.
II. Basic Installation Specifications
- Ground Pre-treatment:
- Thoroughly clean the site to ensure it is free of gravel and debris. Use cement or a road roller to level the ground, controlling the slope within 2% to avoid water accumulation.
- Lay anti-slip mats or anti-slip tiles, especially in wet and slippery areas such as entrances and steps, to reduce usage risks.
- Frame Structure Fixation:
- The main body of the mobile toilet adopts a steel welded frame (with channel steel or I-beam at the bottom and square steel for columns). Fix the bottom frame to the ground with expansion screws or use counterweights (such as concrete blocks) to enhance stability and prevent tipping in windy weather.
- The frame structure supports overall lifting. During installation, ensure that the lifting point location matches the lifting equipment.
- Wall and Material Installation:
- Install wall materials on the frame foundation. Common options include color-coated steel plates (lightweight and corrosion-resistant), fiberglass reinforced plastic (highly waterproof), stainless steel (durable and easy to clean), or metal carved plates (aesthetically pleasing and heat-insulating).
- Seal the joints between walls to prevent rainwater leakage.
- Water and Electricity System Connection:
- Sewage Pipe: Connect to the municipal sewage network or septic tank, with a slope of ≥1% to ensure smooth drainage. Seal the joints to prevent odor leakage.
- Power Supply System: Lay wires away from water sources, use waterproof sockets, and install leakage protection devices. If solar power is used, confirm sunlight conditions and fix the solar panels.
III. Acceptance Inspection Points
- Appearance Inspection:
- The toilet shell should be free of scratches and deformations, with clear markings (such as 'Men', 'Women', 'Emergency Call', etc.). Reflective markings should be provided at night.
- Function Testing:
- Flushing System: Test the water tank level, water pressure, and drainage speed to ensure no blockage.
- Lighting and Ventilation: Check the brightness of lamps and the air volume of exhaust fans. Install insect screens at ventilation openings.
- Locks and Door Hinges: Test the door repeatedly to ensure the locks are flexible and the door seals properly.
- Emergency Preparedness:
- Equip the interior with spare toilet paper, hand soap, and garbage bags. Set up a cleaning tool room and store disinfectants.
- Post usage instructions and emergency contact numbers to ensure users can quickly obtain help.
