Materials Used in Mobile Toilets

Quản trị 11 tháng 10, 2026

The commonly used materials for mobile toilets mainly include metal materials, plastic/composite materials, wooden materials, and other special functional materials, with the specific choice depending on the usage scenario, budget, and aesthetic requirements.

Metal materials are a common choice for mobile toilets. Aluminum alloy, due to its lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and easy-to-process characteristics, is often used for the skeleton and frame structure, ensuring structural strength while facilitating transportation and installation. Stainless steel is primarily used for internal hardware (such as water tanks, water pipes), door hinges, and some exterior finishes. It has extremely strong corrosion resistance but comes at a higher cost, making it suitable for scenarios with high durability requirements.

Plastic/composite materials are widely used in mobile toilets. PVC panels, with their waterproof, moisture-proof, and easy-to-clean properties, are often used for internal partitions, wall panels, and ceiling panels, especially suitable for humid environments. Fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP), composed of resin and glass fibers, offers high strength, lightweight, and corrosion-resistant and anti-aging properties, making it commonly used for the outer shell or overall structure, suitable for long-term outdoor use.

Wooden materials provide a natural texture for mobile toilets. Pressure-treated anti-corrosion wood can be used for internal decoration or external frames but requires regular maintenance to prevent decay. Ecological wood, composed of wood powder and plastic, combines the appearance of wood with the durability of plastic, resulting in lower maintenance costs and suitability for scenarios requiring both aesthetics and practicality.

Other special functional materials are designed for specific needs. Color-coated steel panels, composed of color-coated steel sheets and foam, rock wool, or other core materials, are lightweight and easy to install, often used for temporary or rapidly deployed mobile toilets. Rock wool sandwich panels, used for ceiling panels or partition walls, offer sound insulation, thermal insulation, and fire resistance, suitable for places with high safety requirements. High-density polyethylene (HDPE) panels are impact-resistant and UV-resistant, often used for the bottom and exterior decoration to extend service life. Additionally, some mobile toilet bodies are welded from galvanized square tubes and galvanized steel sheets, with high-temperature spray coating on the surface to enhance corrosion resistance; the interior floors use anti-slip tiles, and the walls use bamboo-wood fiber panels to improve comfort and safety during use.
