Make a Mobile Toilet

Quản trị 10 tháng 10, 2026

You can refer to the following three methods to make a mobile toilet:

Method 1: Use a water storage tank to make a solar-powered mobile toilet This method requires the preparation of a water storage tank, solar panels, and related accessories. The water storage tank serves as the core container and needs to have a certain capacity to store waste and flushing water. The solar panels are used to provide electricity and can be connected to a small water pump or lighting equipment to achieve energy-saving and environmentally friendly flushing and lighting functions. When making it, an opening needs to be designed at the top of the water storage tank for installing the toilet seat and sewage discharge pipes to ensure that waste can smoothly enter the tank. At the same time, an inspection port should be set on the side of the tank for easy later cleaning and maintenance. The solar panels need to be fixed on the top of the water storage tank or an external support to ensure sufficient sunlight reception. In addition, a battery pack is required to store electrical energy to cope with rainy weather or nighttime use needs.

Method 2: Use a water storage tank and a pallet to make a mobile toilet This plan requires the preparation of a water storage tank, a pallet, and universal wheels. The water storage tank is used to store flushing water, and the pallet serves as a supporting structure and needs to have sufficient strength to carry the water storage tank and toilet equipment. When making it, fix the water storage tank on the pallet and install universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of the pallet to achieve overall mobility. The toilet can be a portable or simple type and is connected to the water storage tank through pipes to achieve the flushing function. In addition, a drainage port needs to be set on the pallet for easy waste discharge. To improve the comfort of use, barriers or curtains can be installed around the pallet to form a relatively private space.

Method 3: Use discarded tiles to make a mobile toilet This method requires the preparation of discarded tiles, universal wheels, angle grinders, hoses, and other tools. First, place the toilet on the tiles, draw red marking lines along the edge of the toilet, and use an angle grinder to cut out a rectangular tile block slightly larger than the bottom of the toilet. Turn it over and place universal wheels at the four corners, mark the points, drill holes, fix the universal wheels, and then cut off the protruding bolts on the back. Put the toilet back on the tiles, draw marking lines and the position of the sewage outlet, insert the hose from the bottom of the tiles and fix it, apply white cement to attach the toilet, and install accessories such as a water tank and toilet lid. Finally, put the sewage hose into the drain pipe and connect the water inlet pipe for use. This method has a relatively low cost and can achieve resource reuse, but attention should be paid to the cutting accuracy of the tiles and the firmness of the universal wheel fixation.
