Luxury Container House Specifications

Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026

The specifications of luxury container houses vary depending on design, purpose, and customization requirements. Common specifications include the dimensions of individual containers and the overall dimensions after assembly and combination, as detailed below:

I. Standard Container Unit Dimensions

  1. 20-foot Standard Container (20GP): The external dimensions are 6058mm in length, 2438mm in width, and 2591mm in height, with an internal usable space of approximately 5867mm in length, 2330mm in width, and 2350mm in height. These containers are commonly used for single-person offices, dormitories, or small shops, offering compact yet fully functional spaces.
  2. 40-foot Standard Container (40GP): The external dimensions are 12192mm in length, 2438mm in width, and 2591mm in height, with an internal usable space of approximately 11998mm in length, 2330mm in width, and 2350mm in height. Its area is twice that of a 20-foot container, making it suitable for partitioning into multifunctional spaces or multi-person dormitories.
  3. 40-foot High Cube Container (40HQ): The external dimensions are 12192mm in length, 2438mm in width, and 2896mm in height, with an internal usable height of up to 2655mm. The increased height makes it suitable for scenarios requiring greater ceiling height, such as exhibition halls, residences, or spaces needing the installation of large equipment.

II. Overall Dimensions After Assembly and Combination

  1. Horizontal Assembly: For example, after horizontally assembling three 40-foot containers, the overall dimensions can reach approximately 11.8m in length (approximate value for a single container of 11.998m), 6.75m in width (2.438m per container × 3), and 2.8m in height (standard height), providing a usable area of about 80 square meters suitable for arranging living rooms, bedrooms, and office areas.
  2. Vertical Stacking: For instance, a massive black container building is composed of 16 individual containers arranged in a four-story structure with a crisscross pattern. Each container measures 12m in length, 2.4m in width, and 3m in height, forming a large-scale space through stacking and assembly that serves both residential and commercial purposes.

III. Custom Non-standard Dimensions
According to specific needs, the length, width, and height can be flexibly adjusted. For example:

  • Width options include 2.5m, 2.55m, 3m, 4m, etc.;
  • Height options include 2.6m, 2.7m, 2.8m, 2.9m, etc.;
  • Length can be extended in multiples of 3m (e.g., 3m×6m, 3m×8m, 3m×12m, etc.).
    Additionally, the positions of doors and windows, partition layouts, and interior decorations can all be customized to meet individual aesthetic and functional requirements.
