Longevity Mobile Toilet Installation
Quản trị 26 tháng 9, 2026
The installation of longevity mobile toilets requires special attention to mobile operation specifications, safety measures, and post-movement inspections. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Mobile Operation Specifications and Safety Measures
Select the Appropriate Lifting Method
- Pointed-roof mobile toilets: The stress point is usually near the pointed roof. Secure it with steel wire ropes and connect it to a crane. Ensure that the steel wire ropes are tightly fitted to the pointed-roof structure to prevent slippage during lifting.
- Flat-roof mobile toilets: Manufacturers typically preset lifting hooks inside the toilet, and the hook positions are the stress points. When moving, pass steel wire ropes through the hooks and connect them to the crane to ensure the toilet remains balanced. If the toilet is large, use multiple steel wire ropes to distribute the load.
- Small mobile toilets: If equipped with wheels at the bottom, they can be manually pushed without the need for a crane. Two people should cooperate during pushing, with one controlling the direction and the other controlling the speed.
Pre-lifting Inspection
- Confirm that the steel wire ropes are free from wear, breakage, or deformation, and that the lifting hooks have no cracks or looseness.
- Check that the crane's load-bearing capacity matches the weight of the toilet to avoid accidents caused by overloading.
- Ensure that the lifting area is free of obstacles and that the ground is flat and solid to prevent the crane from tipping over.
Balance Control
- Maintain the toilet's level during movement to prevent structural damage or slippage due to tilting. If using a crane, raise and lower it slowly to avoid sudden starts or stops.
- If pushing with wheels, choose a flat surface, control the speed, and prevent sudden stops or collisions. Maintain a constant speed during pushing to avoid violent shaking.
II. Post-movement Inspection
Structural Integrity Inspection
- Check the toilet shell for cracks, deformation, or detachment to ensure good sealing.
- Inspect door locks, hinges, and other components for integrity to ensure smooth opening and closing.
- Check pipeline connections for looseness or leaks to ensure the sewage system functions properly.
Function Testing
- After reconnecting water and electricity (if applicable), test the flushing function to ensure smooth water flow without blockages.
- Test the sewage discharge function to check that the sewage pipes are unobstructed and prevent sewage backflow.
- Test the ventilation function to ensure that the exhaust fan operates normally and that there is no accumulation of odors.
By following standardized operations and conducting strict inspections, the longevity mobile toilet can be safely and stably put into use.
