Locks for Mobile Toilets

Quản trị 23 tháng 9, 2026

Common types of locks for mobile toilets include no-drilling latch bolts, hasp locks, and anti-theft door locks. These locks are mostly made of stainless steel or zinc alloy, with prices ranging from 0.74 yuan to 27 yuan. Selection should be based on the usage scenario and structural characteristics.

The door and window structures of mobile toilets typically use aluminum alloy profiles paired with insulated tempered glass. The choice of locks should consider safety, durability, and ease of installation. No-drilling latch bolts are a common type that achieve locking by directly inserting into the door frame, eliminating the need for drilling holes in the door or wall. They are suitable for temporary or frequently moved toilet scenarios, with low installation costs and simple operation. Hasp locks achieve closure through the engagement of metal fasteners with the lock tongue, featuring a compact structure suitable for sliding or swing doors with limited space. Some models come with keys or password functions to enhance security. Anti-theft door locks are mostly used in scenarios with high safety requirements, such as mobile toilets in public activity areas. They have complex lock cores and strong resistance to damage, but installation requires pre-drilled lock holes, which may increase construction difficulty.

In terms of materials, stainless steel locks are highly corrosion-resistant, suitable for outdoor or humid environments, and do not rust easily with long-term use. Zinc alloy locks have their surface hardness enhanced through electroplating, offering both aesthetics and durability, but should avoid prolonged exposure to strong acid or alkaline environments. Price differences mainly stem from material, brand, and functional complexity. For example, basic no-drilling latch bolts are relatively inexpensive, while anti-theft door locks with password functions are more costly.

When selecting locks, consider the specific structure of the mobile toilet: for sliding doors, choose models with lock tongues that fit the gap between the door and frame to avoid locking failure due to excessive gaps; for swing doors, prioritize hasp locks or anti-theft door locks with lock cores to enhance security. Additionally, for temporary event scenarios, focus on ease of installation and choose no-drilling designs; for long-term fixed mobile toilets, select more durable locks to reduce maintenance frequency.
