Liyang Container House

Liyang has container house-related businesses covering production, procurement and installation, leasing, and customization, among other aspects. Details are as follows:

Production

Changzhou Yongyou Portable House Co., Ltd., located in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, is a professional company specializing in the production of color-steel portable houses, combined portable houses, rock wool panel portable houses, and other products. Its business scope covers the production of residential containers in Wuxi, Jiangyin, Yixing, Liyang, and other places. It has introduced internationally advanced sandwich panel production lines and is engaged in the design, production, and installation of light-steel prefabricated house series, portable offices, and portable dormitories. The environmentally friendly and economical houses it produces are combined in length and width using standard modules.

Procurement and Installation

Nanjing Lishui Industrial Investment Holding Group Yutong Construction Development Co., Ltd. was once commissioned by Jiangsu Nanjing National Agricultural High-tech Industrial Demonstration Zone Development Group Co., Ltd. to conduct a public tender for the container procurement and installation project in the Jinma plot. The project site is in the Lishui District and includes container procurement and installation, custom container construction, and the creation of an observation deck. It plans to purchase a batch of supporting products for movable container-type buildings, totaling 12 containers with specifications of 2000×6000x2900mm (the main structure is made of galvanized strip steel). These container-type products are required to be low-carbon and energy-efficient, with a novel and modern style, excellent fireproof, soundproof, and heat-insulating properties, movable, and reusable for disassembly and assembly.

Leasing

There are merchants providing leasing services for residential container portable houses, mobile booths, mobile toilets, staff dormitories, etc. For example, some merchants offer container house rental services at 6 yuan per day, including production, delivery, installation, and maintenance services. These are suitable for temporary housing in various fields. They can also provide customers with solar containers, container refrigerators, container supporting facilities (air conditioners, upper and lower bunk beds), and special container portable houses. Container portable houses are widely used as offices, command centers, dormitories, conference rooms, warehouses, shops, roof additions, and various temporary housing in fields such as construction, railways, highways, water conservancy, petroleum, commerce, tourism, and the military.

Customization

Some merchants can customize different types of container houses according to customer needs, such as foldable houses for medical disaster relief, military barracks, and post-earthquake resettlement; double-wing expandable houses with customizable appearances and spatial layouts according to customer requirements; and 20-foot luxury apartments suitable for outdoor exploration, camping, scenic spot homestays, and other facilities.
