Linzhou Container Mobile House

Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026

Linzhou container mobile houses are movable buildings transformed from container structural modules. They are sturdy and durable, easy to construct, and have controllable costs. They are widely used in scenarios such as temporary housing, construction site offices, and cultural and tourism facilities.

I. Product Types and Characteristics

Container mobile houses in the Linzhou area are mainly divided into the following categories:

  1. Packing-box container houses
These houses use hot-dip galvanized cold-formed steel sections as the framework and are paired with fire-resistant polyurethane sandwich panels, providing thermal insulation and fire resistance. They can be used independently or stacked in multiple layers, suitable for construction site dormitories, office areas, and temporary meeting rooms.
  2. Light steel keel houses
These houses use cold-formed thin-walled light steel keels for load-bearing, with walls filled with insulation materials. Their appearance and layout can be flexibly customized, making them suitable for self-built houses, homestays, and supporting housing in scenic areas.
  3. Functional booths and supporting houses
Their sizes and layouts can be adjusted as needed. They are commonly found in scenarios such as security booths, property booths, and environmental protection public toilets, meeting specific functional requirements.

II. Production and Installation Process

  1. Standardized production
Manufacturers complete component manufacturing through processes such as steel structure frame welding, wall panel prefabrication, and pre-embedding of water and electricity pipelines. After transportation to the site, rapid assembly is carried out, shortening the construction period and reducing on-site wet operations.
  2. Customized services
Structural drawings are designed according to user needs, and load calculations and water and electricity access plans are output based on geological and climatic conditions. Support is provided for customization of irregular sizes or special functions.
  3. On-site installation and acceptance
After the modules are hoisted into place and fixed by splicing, the power supply and water supply and drainage networks are connected simultaneously. After joint acceptance, they can be put into use.

III. Safety and Regulatory Requirements

  1. Material and structural safety
Structural steel uses hot-dip galvanized cold-formed steel sections, and wall panels use Class A fire-resistant materials such as rock wool and glass wool to ensure that thermal insulation, sound insulation, and fire resistance performance meet standards.
  2. Technical regulations and standards
They must comply with the technical regulations for modular combined houses, such as a maximum of 6 floors, a height of no more than 24 meters, and an earthquake resistance of no more than 8 degrees. Existing containers must pass the inspection according to GB/T12418.
  3. Fire hazard prevention
It is necessary to avoid electrical circuit failures igniting combustible materials. Regular inspections and maintenance should be carried out to ensure that escape routes are unobstructed and fire protection facilities are properly configured.
