Linxia Single Mobile Toilet Installation
The installation of a single mobile toilet in Linxia should follow standardized procedures, covering four main stages: pre-installation preparation, core structure installation, modular assembly, and system commissioning. The specific steps are as follows:

Pre-installation preparation requires ensuring that the foundation and pipeline conditions meet standards. First, level the installation area and conduct a compaction test to prevent uneven settling in the future. At the same time, inspect the sewage pipeline, remove debris such as mud and waste paper, and confirm that the ground level meets requirements. This step is fundamental to ensuring the long-term stable operation of the toilet; improper foundation treatment may lead to frame deformation or pipeline leakage.
Core structure installation involves assembling the support frame, box modules, sewage system, and auxiliary equipment. The support frame is made of galvanized steel or aluminum alloy, locked with male and female tenons and pins, allowing for ±3-degree angle adjustments to accommodate minor foundation deviations. The box modules are made of fiberglass or composite panels, with internal coatings that must be slip-resistant and corrosion-resistant. The edges of the wall panels are fitted with waterproof sealing strips and inserted into the frame slots to ensure airtightness. The sewage system can be selected based on the scenario: circulating water flushing types require a water connection, vacuum collection types rely on negative pressure suction, and biodegradable types use microbial agents to decompose waste, making them particularly suitable for water-scarce areas. Auxiliary equipment includes ventilation devices (with an air exchange rate of at least 40 times per hour), 12-watt LED panel lights for illumination, and barrier-free facilities. The ventilation ducts are connected to the wall panel预留 holes (reserved holes) with flexible hoses and secured with stainless steel clamps.
Modular assembly is carried out in a bottom-up sequence. During bottom installation, first position the steel chassis (pre-welded with sewage pipe对接法兰 (对接法兰, docking flange)), then sequentially install the columns, horizontal support beams, and floor framework, with all connection points secured using galvanized bolts. In the middle stage, install the wall panel modules, which can be quickly assembled and disassembled using a concealed hook system (with hooks spaced 30 centimeters apart). During top installation, the roof module is installed, and the ventilation ducts are connected to the wall panel reserved holes in the same way as before. In areas with large temperature variations, insulation layers should be added to the pipelines to prevent freezing and cracking in winter.
System commissioning and acceptance require a comprehensive inspection of functionality and airtightness. First, confirm that there are no leaks in the pipeline connections, then commission the ventilation devices, lighting systems, and flush valves to ensure normal operation. Biodegradable toilets require monthly replenishment of microbial agents, while vacuum collection types require regular emptying of the sewage tanks. The toilet can only be put into use after passing the acceptance inspection, as this stage directly affects the service life and user experience of the toilet.
