Liangxi District Container House
There are various types of container house applications in Liangxi District, covering multiple fields such as commerce, public services, environmental protection, scientific research, and sports and leisure.

In terms of commercial use, there is a container store available for rent at the entrance of the Bainaohui subway station in the center of Wuxi. The rent is 800 yuan per month, with an area of 18 square meters and a minimum rental period of 3 months. It is located on the street, suitable for catering and open-flame cooking, making it ideal for various commercial activities.
In the field of public services, the "Fengxiaoxiang" Party-building micro-base in Minfeng Community is transformed from two containers. It is open to all residents and is self-managed and self-operated by the residents, meeting their needs for diverse activity venues.
In the environmental protection field, Liangxi District is promoting the construction of a recyclable material recycling system. Container-type recyclable material service stations have been set up in Liutan First Village and Liutan Second Village in Zhanjiang Subdistrict. These stations are open 3 days a week, 4 hours a day, facilitating residents' disposal and trading of recyclable materials and improving the efficiency of waste classification work.
In the scientific research field, Liangxi District has built the first container-type intelligent biodiversity observation station in the province in Beixingtang River Wetland Park. Covering an area of about 28 square meters, it is small, exquisite, and easy to move. The observation station is divided into multiple functional areas, basically meeting the needs of biodiversity observation, experimentation, popular science, and publicity and education in Liangxi District.
In the sports and leisure field, Liangxi District has created a sports park under the Wuqiao Bridge, where a "container"-type convenience service point has been built to provide convenient services for residents during sports activities, further enriching the application scenarios of container houses.
