Liangping Module Container House

Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026

The Liangping module container house mainly involves the construction of container yards in the Liangping Cold Chain Logistics Park project, as well as the common types and key points for purchasing modular container houses in the market.

Container Applications in the Liangping Cold Chain Logistics Park Project

The Liangping Cold Chain Logistics Park project (Phase III) includes the construction of a container yard, which serves as an important supporting facility for the logistics distribution center, primarily used for cargo storage and turnover. The container yard in the project forms a complete logistics chain with cold storage facilities and processing plants, enhancing the efficiency of frozen product circulation. For example, the project has a total construction area of approximately 138,500 square meters, encompassing facilities such as Cold Storage No. 5, Processing Plant No. 2, and Comprehensive Service Building No. 1, with the container yard providing foundational support for standardized cargo handling.

Common Types of Modular Container Houses

There are various types of modular container houses in the market, categorized by function as follows:

  • Accommodation Type: Such as construction site dormitories and temporary homestays, these use light steel keel or welded structures, equipped with thermal insulation materials and basic sanitary facilities. For example, a 20-foot prefabricated container house with a living room and bathroom costs approximately 23,355.68-24,697.96 yuan per set.
  • Office Type: Used for project departments and exhibition halls, these adopt horizontal or vertical stacking designs to meet the needs of multiple people working together. For example, a detachable office quick-assembly container house costs about 550 yuan per square meter.
  • Commercial Service Type: Such as trendy container shops and cafes, these enhance visual appeal through staggered, overhanging, or L-shaped enclosure designs, with overhanging sections requiring diagonal bracing and prohibiting hole punching.
  • Special Function Type: Including medical containers and explosion-proof refrigerated containers, these must meet specific industry standards. For example, refrigerated containers must comply with the fire resistance limit requirements of GB50016, and crowded places must be filled with Class A rock wool.

Key Points for Purchasing Modular Container Houses

  • Structural Safety: Prioritize the use of welded weathering steel (GB/T 4171) or Q235B/Q345B steel, ensuring complete and reliable corner fittings, with a maximum of 6 floors, a height of no more than 24 meters, and a seismic fortification intensity of no more than 8 degrees.
  • Fire Prevention and Corrosion Resistance: Prohibit the use of flammable materials such as EPS for enclosure filling; use Class A rock wool in crowded places with a fire resistance limit of no less than 0.5 hours; steel structures must be coated with fire-resistant paint and equipped with smoke detectors and emergency lighting.
  • Spatial Combination: Choose single-container placement, horizontal assembly, or vertical stacking based on needs, strictly control the overhanging length, and arrange hole-punching containers and non-hole-punching containers in a staggered manner when opening large holes.
  • Material and Mobility: Steel containers are the most commonly used, while aluminum alloy containers are lightweight but costly; fixed types require lifting, and foldable transport types are convenient for transportation, such as packed container houses used in cross-border construction sites that can be quickly deployed.
