Liangping Mobile Toilet Installation

Quản trị 06 tháng 10, 2026

The installation of mobile toilets in Liangping involves multiple aspects, including preparation and construction, functional module integration, production process control, and scenario-based adaptation.

Preparation and Construction

The project to build 10 new mobile public toilets in Liangping began preparations at the end of 2017. Currently, mobile public toilets have been officially put into use in locations such as Liangping Railway Station, Luban Road, Beichi Outer Street, Ximen Vegetable Market, and Daheba Zhangyaozi. This indicates that Liangping has achieved certain results in the planning and construction of mobile toilets, providing convenient toilet facilities for local residents and tourists.

Functional Module Integration

Mobile toilets are not indivisible entities but rather the systematic integration of multiple independent functional modules. A standard mobile toilet unit typically includes a structural framework, enclosure panels, sanitary fixtures, a sewage disposal system, ventilation and lighting systems, and necessary auxiliary facilities. The structural framework determines the overall stability and mobility of the toilet. It is mostly welded from lightweight, high-strength metal materials to ensure flexible deployment of the toilet in different locations. Each mobile public toilet covers an area of approximately 25 square meters and is a fully steel-framed structure. There are two internal configurations: the 4+1+1 model (4 unisex restrooms, 1 management room, and 1 fecal harmless treatment room) and the 3+1+1+1 model (3 unisex restrooms, 1 urinal room, 1 management room, and 1 fecal harmless treatment room), meeting usage needs in different scenarios.

Production Process Control

The production process must strictly adhere to relevant product standards and quality specifications to ensure that each step, such as material cutting, assembly, sealing, circuit laying, and pipe connection, meets the preset technical parameters. This guarantees the quality and performance of the mobile toilets, enabling them to operate stably over the long term and reducing later maintenance costs.

Scenario-Based Adaptation

The value of mobile toilets lies in their effective adaptation to the deployment environment, following a scenario-based design logic. This includes adaptation to the natural environment, such as strengthening insulation layers and heating equipment in areas with large temperature differences between day and night or severe winter cold; and improving the moisture resistance of materials and overall ventilation efficiency in rainy and humid areas. At the same time, consideration must also be given to adaptation to the humanistic and usage scenarios, such as when used as municipal supporting facilities on city streets, the provision of barrier-free facilities, intelligent management, and alignment with the style of urban furniture should be considered.
