Large Mobile Public Toilet

A large mobile public toilet is a facility that can be moved as a whole and provides toilet services to the public. It has the characteristics of being unrestricted by terrain, movable and combinable, and easy to transport, making it suitable for various locations.

Suitable Locations

Large mobile public toilets are suitable for stations, docks, tourist attractions, scenic park amusement parks, newly built residential areas, large construction sites, squares, densely populated public places, and bustling commercial streets. These places often have a high volume of foot traffic and a greater demand for toilet facilities. Moreover, there may be temporary or seasonal changes in demand, and large mobile public toilets can flexibly respond to these situations.

Composition Structure

It generally consists of a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), floor slab, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tank, roof, and mobile device. In terms of materials, some choose special customized metal carved panels made of special boards. These panels are thermally insulating and corrosion-resistant, and the frames are welded with thickened and reinforced silver-plated square steel. Others use galvanized steel frames as a whole, which are very sturdy and durable, with a service life of over 15 years, and the exterior wall panels have a brick pattern.

Classification Methods

According to the structural form, they can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. According to the moving method, they can be divided into hoisting and handling mobile toilets, powered and towed mobile toilets. According to the sewage treatment method, they can be divided into water-flushing and non-water-flushing suction mobile toilets, circulating water-flushing mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets.

Design Principles

When designing, the principles of mobility, convenience, economy, and durability; environmental protection and ecological friendliness; and improving efficiency and promoting humanity should be followed. The overall structure should be lightweight, using lightweight and durable materials as much as possible while being sturdy. The height and width of the toilet should also be considered during design, and the mobile device should be fully considered for completeness and rationality to ensure its smooth movement and stable use.
