Lanzhou Mobile Flush Toilet

Quản trị 21 tháng 9, 2026

The Lanzhou mobile flush toilet is a mobile sanitation facility featuring modular design, efficient water conservation, and eco-friendly waste treatment capabilities, suitable for various scenarios and adaptable to the climate conditions of Northwest China.

Design and Structural Features

The Lanzhou mobile flush toilet adopts a modular design, with functional modules such as the base frame, sanitary fixtures, and sewage systems prefabricated in the factory and transported to the site for assembly. The entire assembly can be completed within eight hours, requiring only a flat base surface. The key to its assembled structure lies in the node connection technology, which combines high-strength aluminum alloy buckles with waterproof seals. The connection points are secured with hex bolts and self-locking nuts, enabling the overall structure to withstand wind loads of up to force 7. The wall panels feature a honeycomb aluminum sandwich structure filled with polyurethane foam, providing thermal insulation and soundproofing functions.

Advantages of the Water Supply and Drainage System

The water supply unit consists of a water storage tank, pressure pump, and UV disinfection device. The water storage tank is equipped with a built-in water level sensor that automatically controls the water replenishment cycle. The drainage system employs vacuum collection technology, with sewage pipes only one-third the diameter of traditional pipes, achieving water-saving flushing through negative pressure suction. The collected waste enters a closed treatment chamber, where it is converted into reclaimed water and organic fertilizer through biological degradation and solid-liquid separation processes. Some designs incorporate rainwater harvesting or reclaimed water reuse systems, where flushing water undergoes simple sedimentation and filtration treatment, reducing reliance on clean water sources.

Strong Environmental Adaptability

The walls utilize phase change energy storage materials that absorb coolness at night and release it during the day to balance indoor temperature fluctuations. All metal components undergo dual anti-corrosion treatment with anodization and powder coating, forming a protective film that resists erosion from saline-alkali soil environments, ensuring normal operation within a temperature range of minus 20 degrees Celsius to 45 degrees Celsius. Given the significant temperature variations between day and night in Northwest China, the mainstream wall panel materials in the industry are metal carved panels or integrated insulation panels with a thickness of no less than 50mm, paired with double-glazed windows, maintaining a comfortable internal temperature even in sub-zero conditions.
