Lanma Portable Toilets
The arrangements for portable toilets at Lanma have been relatively comprehensive and detailed across different years and regions.
Lanma 2025: There are numerous portable toilets, and their placement is well-organized. From the dedicated men's urinals set up during the pre-race waiting period to the portable toilets along the racecourse, all reflect a human-centered design. Moreover, each portable toilet is thoughtfully equipped with a basin of clean water, providing convenience for participants and spectators and greatly enhancing the event experience.
Lanma 2024: Building on the existing 111 permanent public toilets and 794 stalls along the racecourse, significant additions were made according to event requirements. There were 502 new individual stalls and 32 new urinal stalls added. Additionally, four new portable public toilets with 16 stalls were installed at the intersections of Nanbinhe Road and Tongwei Road North, Jingning Road North, Dajiaoliang Yuchizi Road, and Beibinhe Road near Dongfanggong. Meanwhile, over 130 support staff, including toilet attendants, were deployed to ensure the proper functioning and hygiene maintenance of the portable toilets. A dedicated portable toilet with six stalls was placed at the entrance of the football field in the main venue to meet the special needs of athletes.
Lanma 2023: There are a relatively large number of portable toilets in certain areas of the main venue. For example, there is a row of 80 portable toilets, 34 portable toilets beside the sunken plaza (though some may not be in use), another row with a total of 30 restrooms, and three eco-friendly portable toilet vehicles, each capable of accommodating five people simultaneously. It is estimated that there should be no more than 250 portable toilets in the main venue, and this number generally meets the usage needs of the people in the main venue.
Chengguan Section of the Racecourse: In addition to ensuring that the original 18 public toilets along the racecourse are open 24 hours a day, 21 temporary portable toilets have been placed, including 12 mobile public toilets and nine men's urinals, further alleviating the pressure on people to use the restroom along the racecourse.
