Landscape-style Mobile Toilet

Quản trị 26 tháng 9, 2026

Landscape-style mobile toilets are public facilities that combine landscape design with the functionality of mobile toilets, offering both practicality and aesthetic appeal. Common types include movable landscape public toilets, uniquely shaped mobile toilets, and rustic-style mobile toilets.

Movable Landscape Public Toilets

Take the movable landscape public toilet at the intersection of Qianchao Road and Sanxin Road on the Qiantang River embankment in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, as an example. This is the first movable landscape public toilet in Hangzhou, officially opened on June 29, 2019. Its core feature is factory-based production and on-site hoisting installation, which shortens the construction period and facilitates later relocation or maintenance. The interior is fully equipped with basic sanitary facilities such as urinals, squat toilets, and sinks, while also integrating intelligent functions: automatic music playback upon closing the door to enhance the user experience, automatic flushing triggered upon opening the door to reduce odor retention, and deodorizing and sterilizing devices to effectively improve the toilet's air quality. Such toilets are typically located in urban landscape areas or high-traffic zones, meeting public needs while harmonizing with the surrounding environment.

Uniquely Shaped Mobile Toilets

These toilets break away from traditional forms through innovative exterior designs, enhancing visual appeal. For example, they may feature a brick-patterned flat roof design, with exterior panels in orange brick patterns to simulate the texture of brick structures, while using galvanized steel frames as the skeleton to ensure structural stability. Galvanized steel frames are corrosion-resistant and weather-resistant, with a service life of over 15 years, making them suitable for long-term outdoor use. Such designs are often applied in parks, scenic spots, or cultural districts, where the combination of materials and colors makes the toilets an integral part of the landscape rather than an eyesore.

Rustic-style Mobile Toilets

Rustic-style mobile toilets emphasize the incorporation of natural elements, creating a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Their roofs feature a ridge-shaped design covered with thatch, simulating traditional rural architectural styles; the front is equipped with a spacious rain-proof area, complete with public sinks and beauty mirrors for users to tidy up; the men's toilet interior is divided into independent spaces with partitions to enhance privacy. Such toilets are commonly found in rural tourism areas, ecological parks, or agritourism venues, where they blend harmoniously with the natural environment while meeting basic sanitary needs.

Landscape-style mobile toilets, through modular design, intelligent functions, and diverse shapes, address issues such as long construction periods, difficulty in relocation, and disharmony with landscapes in traditional public toilets, becoming an important direction for upgrading public facilities in modern cities and rural areas.
