Kaocheng Mobile Toilet Installation

Quản trị 08 tháng 10, 2026

The installation of mobile toilets in Kaocheng should be carried out according to standardized procedures based on their types (such as integrated, trailer-mounted, etc.). The core steps include site preparation, main body installation, system connection, and commissioning and acceptance, as detailed below:

I. Pre-installation Preparation

  1. Site Survey
    • The ground should be concrete-hardened or have a compacted and stable foundation. For trailer-mounted toilets, a ≥10cm gravel layer should be laid and compacted.
    • Confirm that there are no underground pipeline obstacles at the installation site, and reserve space for transportation and lifting. For trailer-mounted toilets, ensure that the distance to the sewage outlet is ≤15 meters.
  2. Foundation Treatment
    • For concrete foundations, pre-embed fixing bolts with a surface level error ≤5mm. Lightweight toilets can use asphalt or hardened ground.
    • For trailer-mounted toilets, use pre-fabricated concrete piers or steel structures for leveling, and recheck the levelness to prevent box deformation.
  3. Equipment and Personnel
    • Prepare tools such as cranes and level gauges. Installation personnel should have qualifications in lifting and electrical work.
    • Check the completeness of toilet units and accessories (e.g., for trailer-mounted toilets, verify the chassis hooks and sewage tanks).

II. Main Body Installation

  1. Lifting and Positioning
    • Hang the lifting rope at the designated points on the bottom steel structure and slowly lower it to the position directly above the foundation, aligning it with the pre-embedded bolts.
    • For trailer-mounted toilets, use a trailer for movement, lower the support legs (with a load-bearing capacity ≥2 tons each), and ensure the inclination is <3°.
  2. Leveling and Fixing
    • Adjust the level using thin steel plate shims and tighten the nuts to prevent displacement. For trailer-mounted toilets, test the stability of the support legs.

III. System Connection

  1. Water Supply System
    • Connect drinking-water-grade pipes (such as PPR pipes) with sealed interfaces. Trailer-mounted toilets can be connected to tap water or equipped with water tanks (with anti-freeze valves in winter).
  2. Drainage System
    • The diameter of the sewage pipe should be ≥110mm, maintaining a 5° slope. Integrated toilets need to be connected to septic tanks or municipal sewage networks.
  3. Power Supply System
    • For trailer-mounted toilets, the solar panels should face due south with an inclination angle of ±10° based on the local latitude. Circuit connections should be carried out by professionals and grounded.

IV. Commissioning and Acceptance

  1. Function Testing
    • The single flush water consumption of the toilet system should be ≤1.5L, the exhaust fan air volume should be ≥15m³/h, and the lighting brightness should be ≥100lux.
    • Pressurize the sewage tank to 0.02MPa and maintain it for 5 minutes without leakage. For integrated toilets, check the electrical circuit and sealing.
  2. Trial Operation
    • Operate the equipment continuously more than 10 times to confirm there are no water leaks or malfunctions. For trailer-mounted toilets, clean the sewage tank weekly and check the chassis bolts every 3 months.

V. Differentiated Installation Points

  • Integrated Box-type Toilets: Pre-assembled in the factory, only requiring lifting and water and electricity connection on-site, taking 2-4 hours.
  • Split-type Toilets: Install the chassis, wall panels, and roof panels in sequence, with wall panel installation taking 1-2 hours.
  • Trailer-mounted Toilets: Require collaboration from 2-3 people and take 4-6 hours. Lightweight models (<1.5 tons) with shock-absorbing tires are easier to move.

Reference Standards: Compliance with the "Hygiene Standards for Mobile Toilets" (GB/T 21239-2023), "Design Standards for Urban Public Toilets" (CJJ14-2016), and other requirements is required.
