Jining Mobile Toilet Installation Guide
Quản trị 08 tháng 10, 2026
The installation of mobile toilets in Jining requires selecting the appropriate process based on the type (split-type or integrated). The specific steps are as follows:

I. Pre-installation Preparation
- Site Planning
- Determine the installation location, ensuring the ground is solid and drainage is smooth. If the ground is uneven or the soil is soft, it should be hardened or covered with steel plates in advance.
- Reserve water and electricity interfaces, and check whether the sewage pipes meet the design requirements (such as slope and diameter).
- Tool and Accessory Inspection
- After unpacking, check the accessory list, including chassis, wall panels, roof panels, bolts, seals, water and electricity pipes, etc. If any items are missing or damaged, contact the merchant for replacement.
II. Installation Steps for Split-type Mobile Toilets
- Chassis and Frame Positioning
- Use a forklift or manual labor to place the prefabricated chassis (steel structure) steadily, adjust the levelness, and ensure there is no shaking.
- Wall and Roof Panel Installation
- Insert the sandwich panel wall panels into the chassis slots one by one, and secure them with bolts or clips, paying attention to aligning the holes.
- Install the roof panels, apply waterproof glue at the joints or install sealing strips to prevent rainwater leakage.
- Internal Facility Connection
- Install the toilet, flushing system, sink (if any), lighting, and ventilation equipment.
- Water and Electricity Pipe Connection: Adopt a modular quick-connector design, but it should be operated by professionals to avoid water leakage or short circuits.
- Drainage Installation Methods:
- Short-distance Displacement: Use a displacer to connect to the original sewage pipe, reserve a 3-4cm construction slot, insert the lower interface into the sewage pipe and backfill with cement slurry, connect the upper interface to the toilet sewage outlet, apply PVC special glue at the connection and install a sealing ring.
- Same-floor Drainage: If the bathroom has a dropped ceiling structure (the ground is recessed 250mm-350mm), the layout of the sewage pipes can be directly planned, using oblique tees instead of straight tees.
- Inter-floor Drainage: It is necessary to negotiate with the downstairs occupant to modify the sewage pipes and install a water trap to prevent the backflow of odors.
- Function Inspection and Debugging
- Conduct flushing tests, circuit checks, and seal checks to ensure there is no leakage and all functions are normal.
III. Installation Steps for Integrated Mobile Toilets
- Lifting and Positioning
- Use lifting equipment to lift the factory-prefabricated box-type toilet to the predetermined position, paying attention to maintaining balance.
- Connecting Water, Electricity, and Sewage Pipes
- Only pipe connections need to be completed on-site, and the overall installation time can be shortened to 2-4 hours.
IV. Installation Precautions
- Sealing Treatment: All pipe connections should be coated with sealant or installed with sealing rings, especially the connection between the toilet and the sewage pipe.
- Slope Requirements: If the displacement distance exceeds 300mm, a slope of more than 3% should be made at the embedded location to facilitate drainage.
- Safety Regulations: Clean iron filings and debris from the water supply pipes to prevent damage to the sealing gaskets.
- Compliance: Refer to the "Mobile Toilet Hygiene Specifications" (GB/T 21239-2023) to ensure structural safety and hygiene standards are met.
If you encounter issues such as mismatched holes, damaged parts, or operational difficulties during the installation process, it is recommended to contact the manufacturer or professional maintenance personnel.
