Jingmen Mobile Environmental Toilet

Quản trị 11 tháng 10, 2026

The Jingmen mobile environmental toilet is a facility that provides basic sanitation for outdoor activities, construction projects, and other scenarios. It features sanitation, environmental protection, and strong environmental adaptability. The rental service needs to be selected and adapted according to site conditions.

Technical Implementation and Functional Modules

Mobile environmental toilets meet sanitation and environmental protection requirements through specific technologies, with core modules including:

  • Waste Collection Device: Uses detachable fecal storage tanks or biodegradable treatment tanks, with capacities designed according to the number of users and frequency of use. For example, high-frequency usage scenarios require large-capacity fecal storage tanks to avoid frequent waste removal.
  • Flushing System: Divided into water-flush and vacuum suction types. Water-flush systems rely on water storage tanks and pressure pumps for water-saving flushing, while vacuum suction systems reduce water consumption through air pressure differences, making them suitable for water-scarce environments.
  • Deodorization Module: Generally uses biological enzyme preparations or activated carbon adsorption technology. Some devices are equipped with mechanical exhaust fans to accelerate air exchange and effectively control odors.

Energy and Material Circulation

  • Power Supply: Achieves off-grid operation through built-in batteries combined with solar charging panels. Some models can be connected to municipal power sources to ensure normal operation in areas without grid coverage.
  • Water Resource Circulation: Advanced models are equipped with gray water filtration systems that treat hand-washing water through sedimentation and filtration for reuse in flushing, enabling multiple uses of a single water supply and significantly reducing water consumption.
  • Solid Waste Treatment: Biodegradable treatment tanks accelerate organic matter decomposition by adding microbial agents; chemical treatment types use curing agents to reduce odors and volume, adapting to different waste treatment needs.

Environmental Adaptability Design

  • Shell Material: Uses fiberglass or polyethylene, combining weather resistance with structural strength to withstand natural environmental impacts such as sun and rain.
  • Relocation Design: The bottom is designed as a slide rail or hook type, facilitating relocation by different towing devices (such as forklifts and trailers) to adapt to complex terrains.
  • Internal Layout: Designed based on ergonomic calculations, with barrier-free access provided. Some models are equipped with handrails and emergency call devices to enhance safety and comfort during use.

Rental Services and Facility Maintenance

Rental services need to be selected and adapted according to the type of site ground (such as sandy soil, grassland, gravel slopes), waste treatment mode requirements, and frequency of use. For example, sandy ground requires consideration of foundation bearing capacity to avoid equipment settlement; high-frequency usage scenarios require enhanced durability of hinges, door locks, and ventilation systems. Facility maintenance includes regular sanitation inspections, replenishment of consumables (such as toilet paper and hand sanitizer), and equipment function tests to ensure continuous and stable operation of the equipment.
