Jinchang Mobile Environmental Toilet

Quản trị 24 tháng 9, 2026

The Jinchang mobile environmental toilet is an environmentally friendly facility that integrates innovative technology with a new urban management model, featuring advanced technology, comprehensive functionality, and environmental friendliness.

Technical System and Structure: It utilizes a lightweight composite material box body, with an insulation and soundproof layer filled between the load-bearing frame and the external protective plate, reducing the overall weight by approximately 40% while maintaining structural stability. The mechanical structure and biochemical treatment are coupled in design to ensure functional optimization.

Sewage Treatment: Sewage is treated through a composite process of physical sedimentation and microbial degradation. A rotating screen initially separates solid substances, and the liquid flows into a biological reaction tank where special bacterial carriers decompose organic matter into carbon dioxide and water. The treated water is disinfected with ultraviolet light to meet national discharge standards.

Energy Supply: It integrates solar photovoltaic panels with high-density battery packs. The photovoltaic panels are installed on the inclined top of the box body, producing 0.6 kilowatt-hours of electricity per square meter per day under standard lighting conditions. The battery pack uses a lithium iron phosphate chemical system and can maintain equipment operation for 72 hours during continuous rainy weather.

Odor Control: It employs a dual mechanism of active exhaust and chemical neutralization. The ventilation duct is equipped with an activated carbon adsorption layer and a photocatalytic oxidation unit, reducing the concentration of organic volatile compounds in the exhausted air to below 50 milligrams per cubic meter. A micro-hole spray device at the edge of the toilet bowl periodically releases plant-extracted decomposing enzyme preparations to further suppress odors.

Usage Status Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis: Real-time monitoring is achieved through an IoT sensor network, with each toilet stall equipped with a human presence sensor and a usage counter. Data is wirelessly transmitted to a management platform. Platform algorithms analyze peak usage periods to provide data support for cleaning and maintenance. The fault diagnosis system can automatically identify 12 common problems such as blockages and abnormal water levels.

Spatial Layout Design: The entrance passage is over 90 centimeters wide, with foldable handrails and emergency call buttons inside to meet barrier-free access requirements. Child-specific facilities are designed as independent units with reduced height and equipped with ergonomic auxiliary seat cushions. All sharp edges and corners are rounded, and the floor is laid with anti-slip materials.

Environmental Adaptability: It adapts to the urban environment through a multi-point anchoring system, with the installation foundation combining prefabricated concrete blocks and ground expansion bolts to ensure structural stability under eight-level wind conditions. The exterior color scheme uses low-saturation hues, and the facade can be fitted with vertical greening modules.
