Jiaozuo Mobile Container House

Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026

The Jiaozuo mobile container house features a galvanized steel structure as its main frame, uses eco-friendly materials, supports personalized customization, and possesses wind and earthquake resistance, sound and heat insulation properties, making it suitable for various scenarios such as temporary living and construction site dormitories.

Structural and Material Characteristics

The main frame of the Jiaozuo mobile container house is made of galvanized steel structure, ensuring structural stability through solid-seam welding techniques. The exterior walls utilize metal carved insulation panels, with insulation and fire-resistant rock wool filled inside, enhancing thermal insulation performance while meeting fire safety standards. The roof employs fiberglass asphalt shingles, and the floor is laid with a composite structure of moisture-proof board + wooden flooring, paired with thermal-break aluminum windows and doors, forming a complete sound and heat insulation system. The material selection emphasizes eco-friendliness, with steel and wood being recyclable, aligning with low-carbon building concepts.

Functional and Customized Design

This type of house supports personalized customization, allowing for large living spaces through the connection of multiple containers or the creation of loft structures through double-story construction. Additional features include expansions such as balconies, terraces, floor-to-ceiling windows, and sunrooms. The interior layout is planned according to needs, with clear divisions between bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms, achieving a refined decoration effect comparable to traditional residences. For example, the Jiaozuo temporary housing project has achieved a "ready-to-move-in" standard, with complete water and electricity installations, shortening the preparation time for occupancy.

Performance and Safety

The container house is capable of withstanding wind and earthquake resistance up to magnitude 10, adapting to complex climatic conditions. Fire resistance is achieved through Class A fire-resistant materials, with the wall structure effectively blocking the spread of fire. Waterproof design employs an integrated process, reducing the risk of leakage. Additionally, the modular structure facilitates rapid assembly and disassembly, with transportation capabilities allowing 6 sets to be loaded on a 6-meter vehicle and 20 sets on a 17.5-meter flatbed truck, significantly reducing logistics costs.

Application Scenarios and Economic Efficiency

It is primarily used in temporary living, construction site dormitories, emergency shelter and other fields, such as post-earthquake relief and highway and railway construction. Its economic efficiency is reflected in three aspects: firstly, cost optimization, as compared to traditional color-steel houses, foldable container houses can be reused, reducing long-term investment; secondly, installation efficiency, with 2-3 people able to complete assembly, shortening the construction period; thirdly, storage convenience, supporting multi-layer stacking to reduce space occupation. Some manufacturers offer leasing services, further reducing initial capital pressure.
