Jiangxi Container House Fire Station

Quản trị 17 tháng 9, 2026

Jiangxi has fire stations in the form of container houses.

I. Typical Case The small fire rescue station on Fengze Road, Honggutan District, Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, is the first mobile modular small fire rescue station in Jiangxi Province, known as the "container" fire brigade. This fire station is entirely assembled and built using "container"-style modular units. It consists of three floors of modular steel structures, covering an area of over 1,600 square meters, with the main building occupying 329.5 square meters. Its functional areas are clearly defined: the first floor serves as the combat readiness and duty area for daily storage of firefighting equipment and preparation for emergency responses; the second floor is the rest and living area, providing a comfortable resting environment for firefighters; the third floor is the office and leisure area, meeting the office and leisure needs of firefighters. The fire station is equipped with 2 fire trucks and 536 pieces (sets) of equipment in five major categories. It has 3 duty combat teams with a total of 21 government full-time firefighters, possessing strong emergency rescue capabilities.

II. Application During Special Periods During the pandemic, the small fire station on Changmai Road, Xinjian District Fire Rescue Brigade in Jiangxi played a crucial role. The station dispatched 26 firefighters to be stationed 24/7 in 9 "containers" across the district. These "containers" served as temporary stations for firefighters, who carried out pandemic prevention and control work at any time, including assisting with material transportation, environmental disinfection, and personnel transfer tasks, providing strong support for pandemic prevention and control efforts.

III. Other Related Projects The Yugan County Fire Rescue Brigade has a real-smoke and real-fire training container project. This training container provides firefighters with a realistic training environment, allowing them to train under simulated real fire scenarios, improving their ability and skill level to respond to fires, and better protecting the lives and property of the people.
