Jiamusi Prefabricated Assembled Housing

Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026

Jiamusi prefabricated assembled housing mainly includes two forms: assembled container houses and packing-box houses, characterized by efficient construction and strong adaptability.

Assembled container houses take standard containers as the basic units. The core components are prefabricated in the factory and then transported to the site for assembly. Its construction process adopts parallel modular design, which can significantly shorten the on-site operation time. The main structure can be built in just a few days to a few weeks. This model shows remarkable adaptability in the Jiamusi area: the local prefabricated industrial chain is transitioning from 'pilot applications' to 'large-scale implementation'. By 2026, there will be 47 prefabricated projects under construction or in the bidding stage in the area, an increase of over 65% compared to 2024, with 82% concentrated in three rigid-demand scenarios: industrial plants, educational facilities, and medical centers. The modular design also supports functional expansion, such as achieving multi-story buildings by stacking container units to meet the spatial needs of different scenarios.

Packing-box houses take specially modified standard containers as the core modules and are transformed into livable spaces through professional design. The main modules are prefabricated in the factory, including key processes such as structural reinforcement and insulation layer laying. On-site operations only require foundation treatment and container lifting and assembly. This type of housing has four core advantages:

  1. Rapid deployment: Standardized components can be mass-produced, and the on-site installation cycle is short, suitable for emergency scenarios or temporary needs;
  2. High flexibility: Modules can be freely combined, supporting horizontal or vertical expansion to adapt to projects of different scales;
  3. Sturdiness and durability: Using high-strength steel frames, it has wind and earthquake resistance capabilities, and its safety meets building standards;
  4. Economy: Factory prefabrication reduces labor costs, has high material utilization, and low long-term maintenance costs.

In response to the cold winter climate in Jiamusi, modern packing-box houses improve thermal performance through measures such as thickening the insulation layer and optimizing door and window sealing to ensure stable indoor temperatures. Currently, such houses have been widely used in agricultural production (such as temporary storage and agricultural machinery storage) and forestry management (such as forest ranger stations and monitoring points), becoming a low-cost and high-efficiency building solution in northern China.
