Isolation Area Container House
Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026
The isolation area container house is based on container modules, which are transformed into eco-friendly building units with functions such as living and isolation through secondary design and system integration, and can be repeatedly disassembled and assembled.

Structural and Performance Optimization
- Structural Mechanics: The traditional container has a large spacing between the longitudinal beams of the bottom frame. Using it directly as a living space would result in insufficient floor stiffness. Baotou Xinxing Color Plate Steel Structure Manufacturing Co., Ltd. adopts the method of adding C-shaped steel purlins between the bottom beams to evenly distribute the load to each main beam, enabling the container to maintain structural stability even when stacked three layers high.
- Corrosion Protection: After shot blasting and rust removal on the container surface, a layer of zinc-rich primer and polyurethane topcoat is sprayed. This protective system can maintain the effective service life of the steel for more than 15 years in the northwest wind-sand and temperature difference environment.
- Thermal Insulation: To address the cold-bridge effect of the metal container walls, a broken-bridge lining structure is adopted. That is, hard polyurethane foam is filled between the steel frame and the inner wall panel, and rubber thermal insulation pads are installed at the connections of the keels, reducing the heat exchange efficiency between the inside and outside of the container by about 40%. For camp dormitory projects, the indoor temperature can be 8 to 10 degrees Celsius higher than the outside temperature in winter without heating, reducing the energy consumption dependence on heating equipment.
Environmental Protection and Recycling
- Material Recycling: Each standard 20-foot container consumes about 1.2 tons of steel. The carbon emissions of concrete and steel bars required for a one-time poured concrete temporary house of the same area are 2.3 times that of a container house. When the camp is relocated or the project is completed, the container house can be hoisted as a whole to a new site, with the disassembly and assembly loss rate controlled within 5%, significantly reducing the generation of construction waste compared to traditional prefabricated houses.
- Sewage System: An integrated self-circulating sewage system is integrated. For wild camps without water and electricity, a sewage collection tank and a gravity separator are installed at the bottom of the container to treat gray water (bathing and washing water) and black water (toilet sewage) separately. The gray water can be reused for watering vegetation outside the container after sedimentation and activated carbon filtration; the black water is converted into liquid fertilizer through anaerobic fermentation by adding microbial agents.
Application Scenarios and Customization
- Wide Application: It can be used in various scenarios such as hospital isolation, nucleic acid testing rooms, epidemic prevention container houses, construction site temporary buildings, commercial use, military use, and tourism.
- Flexible Customization: It can be customized according to user needs, such as assembling in a staggered up-and-down or left-and-right manner to create large-capacity user-friendly houses; the adjustable house base can be integrated into different ground regulations.
