Intelligent Movable Toilet Installation

Quản trị 02 tháng 10, 2026

Currently, no direct information on the installation of intelligent movable toilets has been found. Most of the related content revolves around the installation of intelligent toilets. The following is a popular science explanation of the installation process for intelligent toilets:

There are differences in structure and function between intelligent toilets and intelligent movable toilets, but some installation logic can be used as a reference. The installation of intelligent toilets usually requires the following steps:

1. Unpacking Inspection and Accessory Verification
Before installation, conduct a completeness check on the main body of the intelligent toilet and its accessories (such as flange rings, filters, fixing bolts, etc.) to ensure there is no damage or missing parts. At the same time, verify the accessory list in the instruction manual to ensure all components are present. This step is the foundation for ensuring the smooth progress of subsequent installations. If any accessory problems are found, contact the merchant promptly for replacement.

2. Measuring the Rough-in Distance and Planning the Position
The rough-in distance refers to the vertical distance from the center of the toilet's drain outlet to the wall. It needs to be measured according to the actual layout of the bathroom and a matching toilet model should be selected (common rough-in distances are 300mm or 400mm). If the rough-in distance deviation is too large, it may result in the toilet not being able to fit against the wall or poor drainage. In addition, reserve positions for power outlets (usually located on the side or rear of the toilet) and water pipe connections to ensure they meet the power and water requirements of the intelligent toilet.

3. Installing the Flange Ring and Fixing the Toilet
The flange ring is a key component that connects the toilet's drain outlet to the ground sewer pipe. Align it with the drain outlet and press it tightly to prevent sewage leakage. Then, place the toilet steadily in the predetermined position, connect the toilet to the ground with fixing bolts, adjust the levelness, and tighten the bolts. Pay attention to applying even force during this step to avoid poor sealing or unstable use due to tilting.

4. Connecting the Water Pipe and Power Supply
Connect one end of the water inlet pipe to the toilet tank's interface and the other end to the wall water valve, ensuring the connections are tightened and free of leaks. The intelligent toilet needs to be connected to a power supply, which should be carried out by a professional electrician to ensure the circuit meets safety standards (such as grounding protection). Some models require the installation of filters to purify the water quality and extend the equipment's lifespan. Install them on the water inlet pipe according to the instruction manual.

5. Debugging and Acceptance
After installation, conduct functional tests, including whether the flushing, heating, and spraying modules are working properly, and check for water or electricity leaks at all connections. If any problems are found, make timely adjustments or rework to ensure safe use.
