Intelligent Mobile Toilet Installation
Quản trị 13 tháng 10, 2026
Currently, specific information on the installation of intelligent mobile toilets is not available, but the installation process of smart toilets can be provided for reference. Intelligent mobile toilets are typically integrated facilities with multiple smart functions, and their installation involves complex system integration, water and electricity layout, site adaptation, and other aspects. No direct installation materials have been found yet. However, as an intelligent sanitary facility, the installation process of smart toilets has certain reference value, as detailed below:

Pre-installation Preparation
- Check Components: Open the packaging of the smart toilet and carefully check the component list to ensure all parts are complete, such as the toilet body, flange ring, sealing gasket, bolts, and filter. Also, inspect the toilet's exterior for any damage or scratches.
- Measure Pit Distance: Use a tape measure to accurately measure the vertical distance from the center of the bathroom's drainage outlet to the wall, which is the pit distance. Common pit distances include 300mm and 400mm. Choose a smart toilet with an appropriate pit distance based on the measurement results to ensure normal use and proper fit against the wall after installation.
Installation Steps
- Install Flange Ring: Place the flange ring steadily on the bathroom's drainage outlet, ensuring the center of the flange ring aligns with the center of the drainage outlet. The flange ring serves to seal and fix the toilet, effectively preventing sewage leakage.
- Secure Toilet: Slowly place the smart toilet in the installation position, ensuring the toilet's drainage outlet accurately aligns with the bathroom's drainage outlet. Then, use bolts to secure the toilet to the floor. Tighten the bolts, but avoid excessive force to prevent damage to the toilet.
- Connect Water Pipe: Connect the smart toilet's inlet hose to the bathroom's water inlet valve. Tighten the hose first to ensure a good seal at the connection point and prevent water leakage.
- Install Filter: Install a filter on the inlet hose. The filter can remove impurities from the water, protecting the internal components of the smart toilet and extending its service life.
Post-installation Inspection
- Check Sealing: Open the water inlet valve and observe for any water leakage around the toilet, especially at the flange ring and water pipe connections. If leakage is detected, adjust or replace the sealing components promptly.
- Function Test: Connect the power supply and operate the smart toilet according to the instructions to test its various functions, such as flushing, drying, and seat heating, to ensure they are working properly.
