Intelligent Mobile Toilet Construction Plan

Quản trị 10 tháng 10, 2026

The construction plan for intelligent mobile toilets should cover six core aspects: construction preparation, foundation construction, equipment installation, commissioning and acceptance, safety and environmental protection, and schedule arrangement. The specific implementation points are as follows:

I. Construction Preparation

  1. Organizational Structure: Establish a project team, clarify the responsibilities of the project manager, technical leader, and construction workers, and organize personnel training on intelligent equipment installation techniques (such as the water and electricity requirements for intelligent toilets and sensor debugging).
  2. Materials and Equipment: Prepare the intelligent toilet unit (including a toilet bowl, sensor faucets, ventilation systems, etc.), installation tools (wrenches, electrical testers, etc.), and auxiliary materials (waterproof sealant, 4-square-millimeter copper wires, 16A splash-proof sockets).
  3. Site Conditions: The site should be flat and open, with safety warning signs and temporary drainage set up; turn off the main water valve and reserve a power outlet 30 cm above the ground (avoiding the water inlet angle valve).

II. Foundation Construction

  1. Site Preparation: Position according to the design drawings, level the site with an excavator (with a deviation of ≤3 mm), and remove debris before replacing or compacting the soil according to the geological report.
  2. Foundation Structure: Excavate the foundation pit, lay the bedding layer, install drainage pipes ensuring smooth flow; bind reinforcing bars, set up formwork, and pour concrete, vibrating it densely and curing it to the designed strength.

III. Intelligent Equipment Installation

  1. Intelligent Toilet:
    • Water and Electricity Requirements: The circuit load should be ≥1500W with grounding protection, and the water pressure should be between 0.15-0.75 MPa (an booster pump is required for old buildings or zero-water-pressure models should be selected).
    • Pit Distance Calibration: The center of the drainage outlet should be 305 mm or 400 mm from the wall, avoiding the use of offset adapters.
    • Sealing Treatment: After inserting the drainage pipe into the drainage connector, seal the base of the toilet with glass glue.
  2. Other Systems:
    • Electrical Wiring: Perform insulation treatment before threading, lay the wires according to regulations, and debug the components.
    • Ventilation System: Install the ductwork and debug the linkage control function.
    • Sensor Debugging: Calibrate the sensitivity of sensor faucets and automatic flushing devices.

IV. Commissioning and Acceptance

  1. Function Testing: Check the flushing, drying, and seat heating functions of the toilet, the ventilation efficiency of the ventilation system, and the brightness adjustment of the lighting; test the water pressure and circuit load, and inspect for leaks or electrical hazards.
  2. Acceptance Criteria: Comply with the design drawings and the specifications of the "Mobile Public Toilet Installation Construction Plan Template", and pass the load test to verify the foundation's bearing capacity.

V. Safety and Environmental Protection Measures

  1. Construction Safety: Regularly inspect and maintain mechanical equipment, personnel should wear insulating gloves and non-slip shoes; set up fences and night warning lights.
  2. Environmental Protection Requirements: Classify and dispose of waste, settle construction wastewater before discharge; select low-noise equipment to reduce disturbance to residents.

VI. Schedule Arrangement The total construction period is approximately 7-8 days, implemented in stages: 1 day for construction preparation, 2-3 days for foundation construction, 3-4 days for equipment installation, and 1 day for commissioning and acceptance.

Precautions: Strictly follow the product instructions for installation (such as the connection depth of the drainage pipe and the wiring method of the circuit); for renovations of old buildings, the circuit should be upgraded in advance, and for new buildings, zero-water-pressure intelligent toilets should be preferred.
