Installation Steps for Portable Toilets
Quản trị 12 tháng 10, 2026
The installation steps for portable toilets are mainly divided into three stages: pre-installation preparation, on-site installation implementation, and post-installation inspection. Details are as follows:

Pre-installation Preparation
- Site Survey and Planning
Confirm the installation location with the customer in advance, avoiding low-lying areas prone to water accumulation, high-voltage lines, and obstacle-prone areas. When measuring the site dimensions, ensure that the width of the toilet access passage is ≥1.2 meters and reserve operational space to avoid hindrance during subsequent installation. - Material Inventory and Inspection
Upon arrival, verify the quantity, model, and accessories of the portable toilets (such as sinks, flushing devices, sewage pipes, etc.). Focus on inspecting the equipment for any external damage and ensuring the internal facilities are intact to avoid rework due to material issues. - Tool and Personnel Preparation
Equip basic tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and spirit levels, and arrange for 2-3 professional installers. If the toilet is large or the installation environment is complex, coordinate with equipment such as cranes to assist with handling, ensuring safety and efficiency.
On-site Installation Implementation Steps
- Foundation Fixing Operations
After hoisting the toilet body to the designated location, use a spirit level to adjust the equipment's stability, with a deviation controlled within 3mm. Secure the equipment with expansion bolts or counterweights, especially in areas with strong winds, to prevent tipping. - Water and Electricity Connection and Debugging
Connect the sewage pipe to the nearest sewer or designated sewage collection tank, ensuring a pipe slope of ≥2% to prevent sewage backflow. When connecting the water supply, it is recommended to use a water pipe ≥DN20 in diameter. Test the flushing function and drainage sealability to ensure no leaks. - Detail Inspection and Cleaning
After installing accessories such as door curtains and anti-slip mats, check the flexibility of the door locks and flush buttons to ensure smooth operation. Finally, clean and disinfect the interior and place consumables such as air fresheners and toilet paper to enhance the user experience.
Another Simple Installation Method: If the toilet is of modular design, prepare an electric drill, a 4.2mm drill bit, and a rivet gun upon receipt. First, install the inner corners, then insert the panels into the slots and align them. Drill holes and insert rivets, and finally secure them with a rivet gun to complete the main assembly.
Post-installation Inspection and Delivery
- Function Test Checklist
Conduct a flushing test (press the flush button three times consecutively to confirm smooth drainage without blockage) and a load-bearing test (evenly step on the top of the equipment to check structural stability) to ensure the equipment meets usage standards. - Delivery Document Confirmation
Provide the customer with an 'Equipment Installation Inspection Form', clearly indicating the installation date, warranty period, and usage instructions for easy subsequent maintenance and accountability tracing.
