Installation Method of Mobile Toilets

Quản trị 08 tháng 10, 2026

The installation methods for mobile toilets vary depending on their types, mainly divided into three categories: ordinary mobile toilets, mobile toilets requiring on-site assembly, and partially pre-assembled finished products. The specific installation steps are as follows:

1. Installation of Ordinary Mobile Toilets The installation of such products is relatively simple. Users can contact customer service for installation instructions or refer directly to the manual, typically involving six steps:

  • Check Components: Upon receiving the goods, first open the packaging and check the component list to ensure all parts (such as the toilet body, water tank, connecting pipes, screws, etc.) are complete and undamaged.
  • Assemble the Main Body: According to the manual, preliminarily assemble the toilet base with the water tank. Some models require the installation of fixed brackets or anti-slip mats.
  • Connect Water Pipes: Align the inlet pipe with the water tank interface, wrap it with the matching sealing ring or raw material tape, and tighten it to prevent leaks.
  • Secure the Toilet: If ground fixation is required, use expansion screws to connect the toilet base to the ground; if it is a hole-free design, place it directly on a flat surface.
  • Debug Functions: Connect the power supply (for smart models) or manually fill with water to test whether the flushing and drainage functions are normal, and check if the water tank level adjustment is reasonable.
  • Clean Up: Clear any debris generated during the installation process to ensure the area around the toilet is clean and tidy.

2. Installation of Mobile Toilets Requiring On-Site Assembly Such toilets are usually frame-structured and require tools for assembly, with the following steps:

  • Prepare Tools: Prepare tools such as an electric drill, 4.2mm drill bit, rivet gun, and level in advance.
  • Install Inner Corners: Fix the inner corner connectors on the ground or base frame according to the design drawings, ensuring the angles are perpendicular and secure.
  • Assemble Panels: Insert the wall panels, roof panels, and other components into the slots in sequence, align the edges, and drill holes at the joints (spacing approximately 20-30 cm).
  • Secure Rivets: Insert rivets and reinforce them with a rivet gun to ensure the panels are tightly connected without gaps; if screws are used for fixation, tighten them with an electric screwdriver.
  • Install Doors and Windows: Install door frames, windows, and locks according to the reserved holes, and check if they open and close smoothly.
  • Debug Facilities: Connect the water and electricity lines (such as lighting and sewage pipes), and test whether the flushing, ventilation, lighting, and other systems are functioning properly.

3. Installation of Partially Pre-Assembled Finished Mobile Toilets Such toilets have been assembled in the factory and only require simple fixation upon arrival at the site:

  • Positioning: Move the toilet to the designated location according to the site plan, using a crane or forklift for assistance.
  • Level Adjustment: Use a level to check if the bottom of the toilet is flat, and adjust the feet or shims to ensure stability.
  • Connect Sewage: Connect the sewage pipe to the municipal pipeline or septic tank, and seal it to prevent leaks.
  • Power-On Test: After connecting the power supply, check if the electrical equipment (such as exhaust fans and lights) is operating normally.

Precautions:

  • Before installation, ensure the site ground is flat and the load-bearing capacity meets the requirements;
  • It is recommended that professional personnel handle water and electricity connections;
  • For complex structures or large toilets, it is advisable to contact the manufacturer for technical guidance.
