Inner Mongolia Mobile Toilet Installation
Quản trị 19 tháng 10, 2026
The installation of mobile toilets in Inner Mongolia should be carried out in accordance with local environmental characteristics, following principles such as foundation pretreatment, sewage system connection, and energy supply solutions, and strictly adhering to construction procedures and quality acceptance standards.

Foundation Pretreatment
Inner Mongolia features diverse surface types, requiring targeted treatment:
- Grassland areas: Utilize non-excavation anchoring systems to avoid damaging meadow root systems and surface soil structure, preserving ecological balance.
- Sandy areas: Employ extended bases to distribute pressure, preventing equipment from tipping over due to soft sand and ensuring stability.
- Permafrost areas: Foundation construction requires excavation below the permafrost layer (approximately 1.5-2 meters), pouring concrete foundations with embedded anchor bolts, and controlling surface flatness errors within ±5mm to prevent structural tilting.
Sewage System Connection
Adopt a modular blackwater and graywater separation design:
- Blackwater treatment: Connect to replaceable sealed storage tanks or small-scale biological treatment chambers to reduce odor leakage and pollution risks.
- Graywater treatment: After simple filtration, direct it to evaporation zones or use it for vegetation irrigation (subject to policy compliance) to reduce water consumption.
- Pipeline design: Bury septic tank outlet pipes below the permafrost layer or use electric tracing for insulation to prevent winter freezing; maintain a vacuum pipeline slope of ≥1% to avoid blockages.
Energy Supply Solutions
Combine local resources for low-carbon operation:
- Sunny areas: Integrate solar photovoltaic panels to power lighting, ventilation, and septic treatment systems.
- Windy areas: Equip with micro wind turbines as a supplementary power source, reducing reliance on the grid and avoiding environmental disturbances from long-distance power transmission.
Quality Acceptance Standards
- Structural safety: Withstand wind speeds of ≥8 on the Beaufort scale and meet local seismic design codes; ground bearing capacity ≥200kg/m², with no cracks or hollows.
- Sanitary performance: Septic tank sealing tests should show a water level drop of ≤10mm after 24 hours of filling; exhaust odor concentration ≤10, and indoor ammonia concentration ≤0.2mg/m³.
- Functional performance: Flushing devices should use ≤3L of water per flush with a drainage time of ≤5 seconds; doors and windows should open smoothly, with ventilation window area ≥1/20 of the floor area.
Through scientific design and rigorous construction, mobile toilets in Inner Mongolia can adapt to complex environments, achieving a unified balance of environmental protection, energy efficiency, and practicality.
