Indoor Mobile Toilet Single Unit

Quản trị 01 tháng 10, 2026

An indoor mobile toilet single unit is a self-contained, movable toilet facility designed to meet sanitation needs in both fixed and temporary locations. The following provides an introduction from the aspects of composition, materials, classification, and design and usage principles:

Composition: An indoor mobile toilet single unit typically consists of a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), flooring, sanitary fixtures, walls, washing facilities, a water tank, a roof, and a mobile device. The fecal sewage storage tank is used to collect and store fecal sewage. Sanitary fixtures include toilets or squat pans, facilitating user sanitation. Washing facilities provide hand-washing functions.

Materials: Initially, indoor mobile toilet single units were often made of wood, but this material had a simple structure and function and was prone to absorbing odors. With technological advancements, materials such as fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) and polyethylene have gradually been adopted. FRP is lightweight yet hard, non-conductive, and corrosion-resistant; polyethylene has good chemical stability and can withstand the erosion of most acids and alkalis. The use of these materials has improved the performance and durability of mobile toilets.

Classification: According to structural form, they can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets; according to mobility method, they can be divided into hoisting and handling mobile toilets, and powered and towed mobile toilets; according to sewage treatment method, they can be divided into water-flush and waterless-flush suction mobile toilets, circulating water-flush mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets. Different types are suitable for different scenarios and needs. For example, dry-packing mobile toilets do not require water and are suitable for water-scarce areas or temporary event venues.

Design and Usage Principles: The design should adhere to the principles of mobility and convenience, economic durability, environmental protection and ecology, and enhancing efficiency and promoting humanity. The overall structure should be lightweight, using lightweight and durable materials whenever possible, while ensuring structural robustness. The height and width of the toilet should also be controlled during design, and the mobile device should be fully considered for completeness and rationality. Some mobile toilets are welded using 100*100 galvanized square steel, with solid material usage ensuring structural stability.
