Huoshenshan Container House Structure

Quản trị 17 tháng 9, 2026

The Huoshenshan container house structure takes container-type modular box-panel houses as the main body, adopting a prefabricated and rapidly assembled construction form with factory prefabrication and on-site quick assembly.

Structural Composition

The container houses at Huoshenshan Hospital use individual rooms as prefabricated units. Each container consists of a bottom frame, top frame, corner columns, and an enclosure system. The corner columns and corner connectors are connected using movable joints (non-welded), resulting in a lighter self-weight and a semi-rigid force distribution that facilitates transportation and installation. The enclosure system comes pre-integrated with components such as doors, windows, and water and electricity pipelines, allowing for direct delivery and use after on-site assembly, achieving "plug-and-play" functionality.

Core Features

  1. Stability and Safety
The overall layout is fixed through welding, providing high structural strength that can withstand typhoons, earthquakes, ground subsidence, and other disasters, avoiding the risk of collapse or disintegration. The modular design allows each unit to bear loads independently, further enhancing disaster resilience.

  2. Rapid Assembly
Utilizing modular production technology, container bodies can be prefabricated in factories and assembled on-site through whole-container lifting and bolt connections, significantly shortening construction periods. For example, Huoshenshan Hospital was completed in just 10 days, thanks to this efficient assembly method.

  3. High Livability

    • Integrated Decoration: Floors are tiled, and walls, ceilings, water and electricity systems, doors, windows, and exhaust fans are all decorated in one go, eliminating the need for secondary construction, saving energy, protecting the environment, and providing an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
    • Comprehensive Functionality: Rooms offer excellent sound insulation and high fire resistance, meeting the special requirements of medical facilities.
  4. Reusability
Container bodies can be relocated multiple times, with a service life exceeding 10 years, and generate no construction waste during disassembly. In contrast, ordinary portable cabins are generally scrapped after two disassemblies, while container houses significantly reduce costs through reuse.

  5. Cost Advantage
Although the unit price is higher than that of ordinary portable cabins, the difference in comfort is substantial. In the long run, their reusability offsets the initial investment, making them particularly suitable for temporary or emergency construction projects.

Technical Advantages

The movable joint design of the corner columns reduces structural self-weight while optimizing mechanical performance through a semi-rigid force distribution model, balancing transportation convenience with structural stability. The prefabricated integration of the enclosure system reduces on-site construction steps, further improving efficiency. This structural form is not only suitable for medical emergency scenarios but can also be extended to post-disaster relocation, construction site dormitories, and other fields.
