Hubin District Mobile Toilet Installation

Quản trị 11 tháng 10, 2026

The installation of mobile toilets in Hubin District usually takes about one day to complete, and the specific installation process is divided into three steps: positioning, assembly, and connection and commissioning.

Positioning: This is the first step of the installation. The installation position of the mobile toilet needs to be determined according to the site planning and ground flatness. It is necessary to ensure that the selected ground is solid enough to bear the weight of the mobile toilet and that the drainage is smooth to avoid subsequent problems such as water accumulation that may affect use. For example, when installing mobile toilets in Hubin District, factors such as pedestrian flow and the surrounding environment need to be comprehensively considered for accurate positioning.

Assembly:

  • Split-type mobile toilets: First, position the chassis and frame. Use a forklift or manual labor to place the prefabricated steel-structure chassis steadily at the predetermined position and adjust it to a horizontal state. Then, install the walls and roof panels. Insert the sandwich-panel-material wall panels into the slots of the chassis one by one and fix them with bolts or buckles. Subsequently, install the roof panel and carry out sealing treatment to prevent water leakage. The entire wall installation usually takes 1 - 2 hours to complete. Finally, connect the internal facilities. Install internal partitions, toilets, flushing systems, hand-washing basins (if any), lighting, and ventilation equipment. Connecting the water and electricity pipelines is crucial and requires professional operation. However, the modular water and electricity interface design (such as quick connectors) can significantly shorten the time.
  • Integrated mobile toilets (such as container-type toilets): Since the internal decoration and equipment integration have been completed in the factory, only hoisting into place and connecting the water, electricity, and sewage pipelines are required on site, and the overall installation time can be shortened to 2 - 4 hours.

Connection and commissioning: After the assembly is completed, a comprehensive functional inspection and commissioning are required. This includes flushing tests to ensure that the flushing system works properly; circuit inspections to ensure that electrical equipment such as lighting and ventilation can operate normally; and sealing inspections to prevent water leakage and air leakage. Only when all functions are normal can the mobile toilet be put into use. Just like the nine mobile public toilets installed in Hubin District, which only took one day and one night to complete the installation, including rigorous connection and commissioning procedures.
