Huaying Container House Installation

Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026

The installation of container houses in Huaying requires following a professional process, covering foundation preparation, main structure assembly, detail reinforcement, and installation of supporting facilities. The specific steps are as follows:

1. Foundation Preparation and Leveling Before installation, ensure the ground is level. For long-term outdoor use scenarios, plan the foundation levelness in advance and embed drainage pipes to prevent later tilting or water accumulation. For example, some construction plans recommend building concrete piers at the bottom to enhance stability, while sloped drainage design can prevent rainwater accumulation. If using a foldable container, check the stability of the steel wire ropes, use a crane to smoothly unfold the main frame, and place support rods in the middle of the container to maintain stability.

2. Main Structure Assembly

  • Bottom Frame Installation: Connect the bottom corners of the container to the bottom beams, and use hexagon socket bolts to fix them temporarily without tightening. After adjusting the diagonal difference of the bottom frame to be ≤3mm, tighten the bolts.
  • Secondary Beam and Floor Installation: Install π-shaped secondary beams according to the positioning holes of the long beams, fix them with self-tapping screws, and then lay the floor base plates (such as magnesium oxide boards). Lay them along the 6-meter direction and cut the corners to align with the chalk lines. The joints of the floor should coincide with the centerline of the π-shaped beams and be fixed with cross-flat-head燕尾丝 (cross-flat-head self-tapping screws with a dovetail thread). The nail spacing should be 300-350mm.
  • Wall and Roof Installation: For foldable containers, push open the walls and fix them with tightening screws to ensure the doors and windows are aligned. For packing-box containers, weld the steel frame and install sandwich panel walls, using galvanizing technology to enhance corrosion resistance.

3. Detail Reinforcement and Waterproofing

  • Connection Reinforcement: The tops of the π-shaped secondary beams and bottom beams should be fixed with round-head drill-tail screws. After grinding the joints of the floor, apply PVC special floor adhesive. When laying the floor adhesive, expel the air and weld the joints.
  • Wind and Earthquake Resistance Design: For outdoor scenarios, use steel frames to reinforce the corners. Some plans recommend using Class A fire-resistant rock wool color-steel sandwich panels, with an oxygen index of the core material ≥32 and a thermal conductivity ≤0.042W/(m·K), complying with the GB/T23932-2009 standard.

4. Installation of Supporting Facilities

  • Water and Electricity and Decoration: Modular box-type integrated houses need to be connected to water and electricity, with circuit interfaces reserved and doors and windows installed. For guesthouses or office purposes, full-house decoration can be carried out, equipped with facilities such as bathrooms and kitchens.
  • Transportation and Lifting: Packing-box containers adopt a factory prefabrication + on-site installation mode. The unit modules are manufactured in the factory and then loaded and unloaded by cranes. Appropriate lifting points need to be selected to avoid structural damage.

5. Acceptance and Maintenance After installation, check the tightness of all bolts, the flatness of the walls, and the airtightness of the doors and windows to ensure that the house can withstand winds of level 8-10 and meet the earthquake resistance standard of magnitude 8. For daily maintenance, regularly check the anti-corrosion wood exterior walls, drainage systems, and floor joints. The house can have a reuse rate of over 95%.
