Huaiji Container House Structure

Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026

The structure of the Huaiji container house is centered around a standardized steel structural framework, utilizing a modular design. The walls are mostly made of color-steel sandwich panels, featuring properties such as pressure resistance, wind resistance, corrosion resistance, and rapid assembly.

1. Structural Framework and Materials

The structural framework of the container house typically employs hot-dip galvanized cold-formed steel sections, which offer excellent rust and corrosion resistance, ensuring the structural stability of the house over long-term use. The framework is connected through welding processes, forming a robust load-bearing system capable of withstanding certain pressures and wind forces. The wall sections predominantly use color-steel sandwich panels, filled with insulation materials (such as rock wool, glass wool, or polyurethane), providing both lightweight construction and good thermal insulation performance.

2. Modular Design and Assembly

The design of the container house adheres to modular principles, with each container module serving as an independent unit. Most manufacturing processes, including the welding of the steel structural framework, prefabrication of walls and roof panels, and embedding of internal plumbing and electrical lines, can be completed in the factory. This production method shortens the construction period, reduces on-site wet work, and ensures component precision. During on-site installation, modules only need to be hoisted into position and connected, significantly reducing on-site construction time.

3. Structural Stability and Adaptability

The structural design of the container house provides good stability, enabling it to withstand severe weather conditions such as typhoons. Additionally, through the combination and adaptive design of container units, various types of buildings can be created, ranging from small single-container structures to large composite buildings composed of hundreds of containers, meeting the needs of different scenarios. Furthermore, container houses can be stacked in multiple layers according to actual requirements, suitable for various applications such as construction site dormitories, office areas, and temporary meeting rooms.

4. Fire Prevention and Corrosion Protection Measures

In terms of fire prevention, the enclosure and filling materials of the container house prohibit the use of flammable core materials such as EPS. In densely populated areas, Grade A rock wool or glass wool is used, with fire resistance limits controlled according to national standards. For the steel structural components, fire resistance is enhanced through measures such as applying fire-resistant coatings and installing floor-level fire separations. Regarding corrosion protection, in addition to using hot-dip galvanized cold-formed steel sections, surface treatments are applied to the steel to further extend its service life.
