How to Stack Mobile Plastic Toilets

Quản trị 13 tháng 10, 2026

The folding method for mobile plastic toilets depends on the specific type, and there is currently no unified standard. However, you can refer to the folding logic of the following common types:

1. Simple Outdoor Toilets (Tent-style/Bracket-style) These toilets typically consist of a C-shaped seat ring, a support structure (such as load-bearing tubes or wooden sticks), and a covering (tent or nylon cloth). The folding steps are as follows:

  • Disassemble the support structure: Remove the four load-bearing tubes or wooden sticks from the fixed interfaces of the C-shaped seat ring, avoiding excessive force that could deform the interfaces.
  • Remove the covering: Untie the ropes or fasteners at the bottom used for securing, and take down the tent or nylon cloth; if heavy objects like stones are used at the bottom, remove them before disassembly.
  • Seal the waste bag: Tightly tie the mouth of the internal garbage bag to ensure no leakage, and store it separately to avoid contaminating other components.
  • Separate storage: Place the C-shaped seat ring, support rods, and covering in dedicated storage bags or backpacks separately to prevent scratching between components.

2. German Portable Plastic Toilet (2009 Design Model) This type of toilet is designed with the core concept of "ready-to-use upon unfolding", and the folding process is extremely simplified:

  • Seal after use: Simply pinch the sealed opening on the outer edge of the toilet to enclose the waste in the internal container, preventing odor diffusion.
  • Compress the volume: Through special material design, the toilet can be compressed to a flat state similar to a chocolate bar and directly placed in a handbag or the side pocket of a backpack.
  • No disassembly required: The overall structure has no independent brackets or coverings, eliminating the need for separate storage steps, making it suitable for emergency or short-term use scenarios.

3. Improved Bucket-style Toilet (Foldable Bracket Model) If the plastic bucket is equipped with a foldable bracket, folding requires attention to the coordinated storage of the bracket and the bucket body:

  • Fold the bracket: Press the flattening buttons or catches at the joints of the bracket to compress the bracket from the "X"-shaped unfolded state to a flat state, ensuring the joints are fully locked.
  • Handle the garbage bag: Take out the internal garbage bag, tightly tie the mouth of the bag, and discard it at a designated garbage point to avoid residue contaminating the inner wall of the bucket.
  • Stack and store: Place the folded bracket flat at the bottom of the bucket body, cover it with the bucket lid or wrap it with a cloth cover to reduce vertical space occupation.

Precautions:

  • Waste disposal: Before folding, the waste bag or container must be sealed to prevent liquid leakage and environmental pollution.
  • Component protection: Metal or plastic components should be handled gently to avoid collision-induced deformation, which could affect subsequent use stability.
  • Electronic component handling: If the toilet is equipped with a solar-powered ventilation fan or battery box, remove the batteries or disassemble the fan in advance and store them separately to avoid short circuits.

It is recommended to refer to the product manual first, or adjust the operation steps according to the logic of the above similar structures.
