How to Rent an Activity Container House

Quản trị 16 tháng 9, 2026

Renting an activity container house requires following these steps and paying attention to relevant matters:

I. Rental Process

  1. Select a Rental Company and Sign a Contract

    • Clarify details such as the rental method, duration, quantity, cost, return date, usage location, liability for damage repair, and insurance. The core elements of the contract include:
      • Delivery Period: Agree on the time when the rental company will deliver the house and the start date of the rental period.
      • Quantity of Delivery: Confirm based on the quantity specified in the contract or the actual quantity delivered.
      • Condition at Handover: The rental company must ensure that the house meets standards. At the end of the rental, the lessee must maintain the original condition, with details specified in the 'Container Handover Form'.
      • Return Time: Clearly define the deadline. You can communicate in advance to terminate the contract or negotiate rent for overdue periods.
      • Freight and Installation: Freight is charged based on distance, and installation is handled by professionals from the rental company.
  2. Wait for Delivery and Installation

    • After signing the contract, the rental company usually arranges delivery and installation within 1-2 days (for nearby areas). At the end of the rental period, notify the rental company in advance for removal.
  3. Damage Assessment Before Return

    • When returning the house, the rental company will send a specialist to inspect its condition. If there is any self-modification or human-caused damage, compensation will be required as per the contract. For example, scratches on the wall may result in deductions.
  4. Settlement of Fees

    • Adjustments will be made based on actual usage, including rent, deposit, freight, and possible compensation fees. The deposit, usually ranging from 1000 to 2000 yuan, is refunded on the day of return.

II. Rental Considerations

  1. Price and Conditions

    • Base Rent: A standard-sized house (6 meters long × 3 meters wide) typically costs 6 yuan per day per unit, but a minimum rental period of 120 days is required. Any period less than this will be charged as a full term.
    • Additional Fees: Air conditioning incurs an additional charge of 4-6 yuan per day, and an iron-frame bed costs 0.8 yuan per day.
    • Deposit: Linked to the market price of containers, it is refunded after deducting the rent upon return.
  2. Supplier Selection

    • Prioritize companies that offer 'installation included' services (such as Falilai, which offers a rate of 6 yuan per day in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and Shenzhen), to avoid additional labor costs.
    • Confirm the standards for damage compensation, such as whether scratches on the wall will result in deductions, and who will bear the round-trip freight costs for delivering the containers.
  3. Other Restrictions

    • Rental Period Requirement: Usually, a rental period of 4 months is required, with a cost of 720 yuan (6 yuan per day × 30 days × 4 months).
    • Holiday Restrictions: During national holidays (such as New Year's Day), returning the container is not allowed, and it must continue to be used until the end of the holiday.
