How to Make Prefabricated House Modules
There are three main methods for making prefabricated house modules (prefabricated panels), as follows:

Traditional Simple Production Method
First, use wooden planks to nail together a hollow mold that determines the basic shape and size of the prefabricated panel. Evenly arrange steel bars inside the hollow part of the mold. These steel bars enhance the structural strength of the prefabricated panel, enabling it to withstand certain pressures and tensile forces. Then, fill the hollow part with cement. As the cement solidifies, it will bond tightly with the steel bars. After the cement has completely dried and solidified, knock off the outer wooden planks, leaving behind a prefabricated panel with a certain degree of strength. This method is relatively simple to operate, has low requirements for equipment and site, and is suitable for small-scale production or scenarios with low precision requirements.
Industrial Standard Production Method
Before production, workers use steel plates to make a围挡 (enclosure; here, it can be translated as 'formwork enclosure'). Tighten the screws at the four corners to ensure the stability of the enclosure. Next, use a spray gun to continuously spray a solvent along all the steel plates. This solvent can be understood as a release agent, which prevents the formed concrete from sticking to the plates and facilitates subsequent demolding. Then, set up distribution bars. Distribution bars can evenly disperse the load and improve the overall performance of the prefabricated panel. After using a trolley to transport the mold to the designated position, workers start to set up the main reinforcement bars. The main reinforcement bars are made of steel strands woven from individual steel wires. Compared with ordinary deformed steel bars, steel strands have higher tensile strength and can better withstand tensile forces. Anchorage devices, with a diameter of 3 centimeters, are located on both sides of the steel strands and are used to fix the steel strands. When workers use a gantry crane to install a mold specifically designed to block the concrete on the distribution bars, they adopt the pre-tensioning method. That is, they use equipment to pull the steel bars to a certain strength, creating pre-stress in the steel bars, and then pour the concrete into the mold. After the concrete solidifies, the production of the prefabricated panel is complete. This method produces prefabricated panels with stable quality and high strength, suitable for large-scale industrial production.
Manual Simple Production Method
Fix a wooden plank tightly in the groove of a rectangular mold. The wooden plank is set to bite into the cement mortar, enhancing the bonding strength between the prefabricated panel and the cement mortar. Fill the mold with cement mortar and embed two iron wires inside to reinforce the structure. The iron wires can improve the tensile performance of the prefabricated panel. Then, sprinkle sand ash on the surface multiple times and press it firmly to make the surface flatter and denser. Finally, use a scraper to scrape off all the excess parts, obtaining a prefabricated panel that meets the requirements. This method is suitable for small-scale manual production scenarios with low precision requirements.
