How to Make Plastic Mobile Toilets
There are mainly three methods for making plastic mobile toilets: transforming a large plastic bucket, modular design and manufacturing, and simple plastic bucket urinals.

Transforming a Large Plastic Bucket: First, select a suitable large plastic bucket and make a horizontal cut about one-third of the way up from the bottom of the bucket, keeping the bottom as the main container. Next, create a base using wooden planks and universal wheels to ensure the mobile toilet can be easily moved. Fix wooden strips around the bucket as support structures and cut an opening at an appropriate position, wrapping wooden planks around it to form a door frame. Then, install aluminum-plastic panels to raise the height of the bucket to a suitable level and fabricate and install a door. Connect a drainage pipe at the bottom of the bucket for sewage discharge, place a water storage tank on top, and install a water pipe connector for flushing. Finally, make a showerhead and valve switch using PVC pipes, connect the spray nozzle and toilet, and connect the toilet to a septic tank through a PVC pipe at the bottom to complete the entire system connection.
Modular Design and Manufacturing: Standard mobile toilets are usually composed of modules such as a base, walls, a roof, and a door, with internal components including a toilet pit, a fecal storage tank, a flushing system (or a dry system), and ventilation devices. The outer shells are often made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or fiberglass-reinforced plastic and processed into large components through blow molding or injection molding. These components are assembled in a factory, with accessories such as door locks and ventilation windows installed, and undergo sealing and flushing function tests to ensure the quality and performance of the mobile toilets.
Simple Plastic Bucket Urinal: If you only need to make a simple urinal, you can choose a drinking water plastic bucket. After marking the appropriate positions on the bucket body, use tools to make cuts and form suitable openings. Drill holes at the back and bottom for installing water pipes and fixing devices. Slide the water pipe onto the bucket and secure it firmly with screws. Then, install the urinal on the bathroom wall to ensure stability and reliability. Finally, install a push-button faucet for easy use. This simple urinal is suitable for temporary or emergency situations.
